Very rude. I showed up with my 9 months pregnant belly and a handicap sticker on my car and literally all the lady said was “you cannot park there in a very rude manner” were you even sure that i wasn’t coming in? Maybe have some compassion. Your parking lot was entirely empty to make matters better. Have fun with the 6 parking spaces you need so bad!

My friend is a government employee who and moves often and has rented storage space in multiple states. We showed up for what we thought would be 10 minute paperwork (usually that's how long it takes). We were greeted by Phylis who was exceptionally long winded and particularly rude when I halted her tangent (on how much vacation time she takes, how important her job is, and inappropriate stories about the legal affairs of other clients). I interjected this 45 minute digression on her self importance and standard rental storage contracts and asked if everything she was was articulated in the contract. She proceeded to tell me I could not have a copy of it, and she would call around to other storage units if we didnt listen, she said "can I help you with anything else before she proceeded to prattle on aimlessly for another 20 minutes. Meanwhile we were burning time on a moving crunch and had a uhaul rental. Thus place might be the cheapest but the customer service is terrible. And they also don't prorate any rent for time unused (which is illegal). We ended up renting here because we were out of time. Storage units are poorly lit, and unless you have an hour and a half to listen to the obvious, pay the ten extra bucks and how down the street, or better yet, have phyliss call them for you, as she is more than willing ande clearly not in the business of sales or customer service, but 1.5 hour long diatribes on folks who are exhausted and justtryingto move. Exceptionally rude., and did not really want to make the sale.

Used Continental Self Storage for almost a year. Great, clean, safe facility. The gated access allows you to enter with your own unique PIN number. It always felt safe being there and I never worried about my belongings. Even though the unit is on the ground floor, there was never any moisture or wetness seeping through from the elements. The cost was very reasonable. The very few times I did call the office, they were very helpful and accommodating, answering all my questions. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for short or long term storage.
