BEWARE OF THE BOXES! Oh mylanta, the boxes, there’s nothing on the shelves, but plenty of items in boxes. I have never seen such disorganization in my life. Also, I think it’s super weird to eat while helping guests, I guess that’s just the level of professionalism that’s available now a days.

I only ever go here if I visit the Goodwill next door. This location is always a disaster and by far the worst in the area. I don’t know how it’s still open as I’m sure they are not in compliance with fire codes. The whole store is always trashed with piles and piles of boxes. Do yourself a favor and visit the location next to the East Savannah Target. It’s usually well stocked and organized.

They got everything you need, just short-staffed and every time I get in the store, there are piles of boxes laying around. It’s been like this for a couple of years now.

I’ve always found this store to be very disorganized, but today there were so many boxes piled up down every single aisle you can’t even get through with a cart—if you’re lucky enough to find one.

ok. I read 4 or 5 years ago reviews, this store was very clean, ordered and nice people, but from 5 years to now just 1 star!.. I 100% agree, months and months YOU can't get it something from the shelf because all the boxes are blocked the shelf, and the NEW Woman -customer service was awful, she answer with angry .

I drove from Savannah to Richmond Hill location because I noticed previously it was bigger. When I was walking through this store, it looked like trash. There was more product in boxes on the floor than on the shelf. I wasn't able to find things I saw online for Valentine's, but they were probably in boxes. The young man at the register had good customer service. There was another young male worker walking the aisles playing with a toy and another calling Marco Polo. I was very disappointed, and don't believe I will go back to this location. I should have read the reviews 1st.

It's amazing how this concept shopping has evolved and esp that it is in RH. I love the cleanliness, order, choices, employees, even many of their artificial flowers rivals even those of more expensive destinations. But especially are the fellow shoppers, all walks of life are we, common purpose, friendly, without pretension.

Associate “Barb” was rude and racist. Just walked in and asked where something was and she denied service. Continued to have an attitude and yell, curse while the manager just stood there. Id spend my money else where
