What a great experience!! I don’t think I’ve ever been treated with so much respect at a service center. I went in Wednesday, spoke with John, and returned Friday morning to have tires installed. After speaking with John Wednesday, we decided to order a set of all-terrain tires that met my expectations. John made sure I had a coupon to save $100. I received a call on Thursday to confirm the tires had arrived. And, the kicker, it only took them an hour to do the install and alignment check Friday morning. No waiting around for two and a half hours. If you want to feel like a valued customer, I recommend you give them a try.

Got an oil change and some minor mechanical work done. The team was on point. The manager Chris explained everything in detail and made me feel like a valued customer. Great job Express Oil Change! I’ll definitely be a coming to you for all my vehicle services.

Second visit with a 2023 vehicle for regular maintenance. Very friendly and professional. Oil/filter, rotation and brake fluid flush/fill. Also honest. Chris (manager) was hesitant to perform a stage brake fluid flush I had requested because of the low mileage on the vehicle — it was unusual at that mileage but I had thought it was in the manufacturer’s schedule. Chris double-checked and it was. Point being that he could have just gone ahead and done it without asking but something (integrity) told him to check first.

Whoever was out there today getting the information for the oil changes has the best customer service. 10/10 experience from start to finish!

Had an AC issue and Express Lube and Oil shocked me. They were super busy but still were able to get me in quickly and get it fixed that day! Great to work with, communicative, and fabulous work product. I would highly recommend them and won't go anywhere else in Richmond Hill.

This place was beyond kind and helpful. We are from out of town and got a flat tire. They were able to order a tire and get us back on the road quickly! No delays in getting to the Florida Football Game! Thanks for being so helpful!

This was my go to for a quick oil change, since I live right down the street from them. After some horrible customer service experience and what seemed to be some shady services, I decided to start taking my business elsewhere. Oil change may be good to do there (quick in and out), but I wouldn’t bother going in for anything else.

I needed 4 new tires asap, called JC he got me an appointment for the next day knowing I had an appointment he said he will have the car ready before the appointment, he was a man of his word, I also had time to spare. JC provided great customer service, I will definitely be back for any future services.
