“Joining HighTide CrossFit six months ago has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. The coaching here is truly exceptional—every coach brings a personal touch to every session. They make sure my form is correct so I stay injury-free, they nudge me when I can do a little more, and they always offer multiple versions of each workout so everyone can perform at their level.
While the training itself is fantastic, the real reason I keep showing up is the coaches. Their encouragement is genuine—personal “good job!” shout-outs during a tough set, a high five when you’ve given it everything you’ve got, a reminder that “you’re right there,” or even a thoughtful “great technique, stay at that level.” Their smiles, their belief in me, and their energy make all the difference.
I may be one of the more “seasoned” CrossFitters, but I always feel like I’m part of a team at HighTide. The community is real, supportive, and uplifting. And Jen, the owner, leads with so much passion—something you can see reflected in every single coach.

“I love this place. Real workout space and if u ever wanted to be alone, a 24 spot is the best place to go. The service when u call sucks because they will just take your number and say they will call you back and they rarely ever do. It’s extremely inconsiderate. But the gym itself, definitely 5 stars!!”
