Jay, with the assistance of his talented staff, has recently helped me when I needed to make changes in my insurance coverage. I appreciate the personal attention and assessment of my family’s needs. Over the years we’ve had accident claims, storm damage ….and never had an issue. Nicest insurance office I’ve ever dealt with.

Jay Kight and his people are excellent. I have been with them for almost 30 years and have never had a bad experience, always a great experience. the staff is very helpful and takes the time to talk to me and explain what I have and/or need.

In Richmond Hill our home was damaged my the Hurricane Helene
our deductible for hurricanes $7,500 our loss was almost 10,000 they paid NOTHING! We just had our bathroom and bedroom tile floors flooded by an over flowing shower. They told us they did not cover that loss at all. Why even have insurance with this company #1 worst customer service, hostile office people when you ask about a claim. Stay away from STATE FARM Insurance.

State Farm is worst insurance company in the world, they aren't even an insurance company. They give you a policy for a year to close on your house, then cancel the coverage as soon as you close, and keep part of the premium. That is called theft. Do not use State Farm under any circumstance they will steal from you too. Worst customer service, worst company in the world.The property went through a hurricane and they said I didn't have a policy because they had canceled it, but then they kept my money from premium payment and stated that I had coverage for 30 days which included date of hurricane. Don't ever get whatever State Farm is selling, because it isn't Insurance. Just a nightmare.

Terrible office. Terrible company. Terrible highly overpriced services. They will overcharge you, admit to overcharging you, then when you ask them for a refund for being over charged, they'll laugh in your face. This company and the people at this office are crooks. Buyer beware. Avoid at all costs. Allstate is way cheaper and treats people better.

Jay and the crew have been super helpful and quick to respond. State Farm’s rates have been extremely fair and competitive and their service has been a pleasure.We had a huge hail storm a few weeks ago and I know they were slammed, but they handled my claim immediately and professionally. I have had no problems and highly recommend.
