Worst pedi I have ever had. She cut my skin doing the cuticle removal and then tried to cover it so that I couldn't see that it was bleeding. Then, she literally opened packs of lotion and wiped it up and down my shins. Never touched my calves or feet during the "massage". The hot stones were used only on my shins too. I count on pedis to help with the neuropathy in my feet. This was a complete waste of $85. She painted my toes in a side ways motion and had to clean around each one of them. Finally, what looked like the owner walked by and noticed something weird and took over the painting. When it was time for the wax, she held the bag for me to put my foot in and then set my foot in the bowl. Usually they move the wax around until it covers your whole foot. The massage chair was good and the place seemed clean, so that's why I gave them 1 star

The guy who works there is very rough. He cut my nails so poorly that they were left bleeding. I will never go there again.

This was an absolutely awful experience. So unnecessarily rough and continued to be rough after I let the nail tech know I was in pain. On top of that, the overall nail shape looks terrible and to thick. Took 2+ hours because I truly believe the nail tech is unqualified and isn’t properly trained on how to do acrylics. Can easily say most painful experience i’ve had while getting my nails done.

Made my nails crooked, very thick and put wrong size acrylic nail on my fingers which made it hurt to put pressure on my fingers.

First time here. It was highly recommended by my contractor. She said Ivy was the best and had been going to her for years. Decided to try it out since it's closer to home. Worst mistake I ever did. Huge mistake. Horrible job. Look at the pictures. I've never bled or hurt so much during a mani pedi. I have to put antibiotic cream on my wounds. They're still hurting. My left great toe is red and painful. DO NOT go here. Worst experience ever. I made sure i sent the pictures to my contractor. I don't know why she thinks this place is good. Please spare yourself from the substandard and worst mani pedi of your life. I'm going back to Inki nails with Nikki in Pooler where quality and service exists.

They are rude They charge me for callus remover as it's included with $35 pedicure lowest of the pedicure offer and no real massage I asked her remove the nail polish on my two fingers and she was not happy to do it Unbelievable

The owner of this place and his wife are so rude and unprofessional. His business is like a factory. They don’t care about quality. I got a nail design and he wanted the lady to charge me $100 because she took a long time( 1 hour) I’ve been coming to this place for over 6 years, but they don’t care. They only care about the money. I see why their reviews are so poor. They will talk in their language and look at you. Please get away from this place.Services: Pedicure

Standard price, standard service. We had three pedicures at 3pm on at Saturday. We were seated all together and only had a short 15 minute or so wait. They were polite and gentle, but wonderful massage skills! Overall, a positive experience in a clean, easy to find location. Thanks!

The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to the guy is rude and rough handling. He didn’t want to do my nails, careless with the hot towels, did a rush job. I’ll never recommend them nor return.Service: Pedicure
