I specifically made a trip to the Richmond Hill office from Effingham County since wait times at the Savannah location can be nearly an hour. That’s ridiculous!There were several issues with my two accounts- Savannah office had misspelled my name by adding my middle initial on the end of my first name. There was an issue with a large wire transfer and a couple of other things that needed to be handled.Ms. Cat took care of every single issue with great efficiency. She even called their corporate office to verify information that was not previously handled although I had been assured it was. It does not feel good at all to have problems when it involves money.Kudos to Ms. Cat for her professionalism! She not only has great business acumen but has an overall professional and very neat appearance. That’s great to see in this day and age - professionals who take pride in their job and their personal appearance! She’s sharp as a tac on all levels.Thanks so much, Cat. You are now certainly my “go to” for all banking related needs. I appreciate you very much! : )

This review is about the external ATM only. It is incredibly slow at processing. Other Navy Federal ATMS aren't this out dated. It's actually quite dangerous how long it took to process a simple cash deposit. I would not recommend using it while it's dark.

I'm a dedicated weeklyv customer to Navy Federal in Richmond hill. Today I felt like I was a bother to the teller that assisted me today. She acted as if I was a bother to her. The cash that I was depositing jammed up the cash counter and the teller acted like she was upset with me. I don't know where all the friendly tellers are at in this location. Brittany needs to go to a customer service class..

I haven't been a member for 24 hours yet and I'm beyond disappointed. Couldn't open accounts online because the site doesn't work. Go to the bank and they hand you a folder and tell you to go home and do everything online and in the app?! I will likely close accounts. This set up is convoluted and you have to call in for everything and wait excessive hold times.

I went in on a Saturday to open my account, they were pretty busy but I still did not wait long at all. There was a lady up front/at the door who checked us in and who was so very sweet (the greeter) but unfortunately I did not get her name. I wish I had because she deserves recognition as well! She was amazing!!!.... Mrs. Nashaline (Nashi) was the one who helped me with setting up my account. She was so amazing, so helpful, she explained everything to me, walked me through the features on my app, made sure I knew how to use it, what all it offered, what all Navy Federal offered etc. I did not feel like I was taking care of business, I felt like I was catching up with an old friend. I seriously dread doing things like this, that's why it took me so long to open my account with Navy Federal but this was a totally different experience from any other I have had when opening a new account at a bank, especially on a Saturday. This location closes at 1pm, it was after 1pm when we got finished, I had no clue they were closed, Nashi was not trying to rush and get us out the door, she made sure we didn't have any additional questions and then walked us to the door and said good bye! I could not be happier with my experience at this location and especially with Nashi as well as the greeter. They were the 2 ladies I encountered while at this location. Everyone said hello when we walked in so I'm sure everyone there is amazing, these are just the 2 ladies who helped me while I was there. 10 out of 10 would recommend seeing Nashi for any accounting needs you have to go into this branch for that a teller could/would not handle.

I would really say this about Navy fed as a whole but need more locations in this area. Every time you go in any in the Savannah area you’re in for a 30minute wait or more just to make a simple deposit or anything you may be looking to have assistance on.Navy fed as a whole is a very hard bank to work with for business or personal accounts. Will not set up a business in person and took days to have a complete business account have not had this happen with any of the other banks we do business with. Interest rates are normally a few percentage points higher as well which I was very surprised about. Only hold the accounts open because it’s good to have the banking options, but feel that the prey on military members and do not offer anything for this military requirement. Got the account in Marine boot camp due to the lack of option offered and have held it open for about 10 years before looking into other institutions. Would recommend all service members doing the same and possibly switching as soon as you exit boot camp.

Don't come to this ATM if you are trying to deposit money. The feature doesn't work. NFCU is already too far from anyone as is. Not enough locations. I drove over an hour on a Sunday to deposit money and couldn't. That sucks. They really need locations in Statesboro or Pooler. I'm so peeved right now.
