Absolute worst customer service. Be careful of the manager that runs this place complete liar and temper. He will lie about what will appear on your bill. I had to get the district manager involved to get things fixed. Will never return to this store.

I was not pleased at all with the service. I purchased phone the Esim was not completed. I call store to let them know I would have to come and exchange phone because it was not the correct phone. I was informed I would have to go to store in Savannah because they could not exchange phone. I went to Savannah, they tell me I have to take phone back to Richmond Hill store. I go back to Richmond Hill store, and they have correct phone but state I have to pay an additional 200.00. So, I decide not to keep phone and just return phone. Rep states there will be a $70 restocking fee. Really!!! Now I am getting the difference of what I paid of 67.00...So I paid cash when I originally purchased phone... Rep states it refund has to go back on a card. So okay. he attempted three times to refund on card and then had to call someone for them to tell him I can't get the 67. 00 refund because they don't have enough in till. So now I have a phone that I am not able to use and being charged for it. Rep said to keep phone and just keep calling back to store to see if they have enough money in till to refund. I had phone for six days before going to the store to return which was within the 14 days return policy. Actually, I really just wanted to get a bigger phone. Not happy at all. I am not pleased at all. I had to click one star for this review, but they don't deserve that.

That's nice that the manager responded to my review while I was standing in the showroom. It makes it look like they care. Nice touch, but that deact is going to sting.We activated 3 lines, with one of them having an issue within 14 days. We were immediately turned away that no one in the store could help us. Our brand new, almost $1k handset was a paper weight. Only when I called tech support while in the store did anyone at TM try to help. Talked through issues with rep on the phone and went to the corporate store where we left with a working phone. Don't bother to shop this location. Tmobile service is good but go to the corporate store.Edited to add that RH location told me that we were over our 14 day return window only to find out we were on our 14th day! Such slackers!

Laziest employees ever. Wouldn't even assist with buying a replacement screen protector. They had it in stock, but told us that I had to call 611.*Response to owner* It's not the first time we have had problems like this with the Richmond Hill store. Similar events have happened multiple times. We will just go to the Hinesville store, it is closer to where we live, and the employees have always given great service. Perhaps the Richmond Hill employees could learn something from them.

I thoroughly appreciated Tommie. He heard me and gave me exactly what I needed and wanted. His level of service surpasses all others I have encountered. He listens and delivers. Kudos to this young man. He needs to be promoted with a nice raise?

Christina and Simon were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient during my visit on March 11th. Christina saved me money on a new plan and explained everything and made sure I was comfortable and understood the basics of operation before leaving the store. Thank you to Christina and Simon for your patience. ?? I will be back.?

The absolute worst possible service I could get. Every employee working there currently that wasn’t stoned out of their mind at time of service was untrained and unwilling to help with any problem that I had I will not be using the store I’ve already sent in a complaint to corporate, and I might even change service. This store and it’s employees are trash.

I had a business account opened by a representative at this store. Only to find out 2 months later he opened 2 accounts under my business account fraudulently and gave them both iPhone. No Manger or Corp. Has contacted me..the guy was fired last month he told me he was on vacation.I'm upset and very disappointed

Thanks to symon,tommy, and toro I was able to get my phone after a whole month of waiting. It was a very difficult process. they hav really nice staff, they are all chill and sweet. Very hard working and have a lot of patience. To sit for hours and try to get something done like that, they all need raises. period.

Symon was incredibly knowledgable about his products and walked me through the process of switching to Tmobile Internet Service. The staff here at the Richmond Hill Tmobile Store has always been very helpful. The store is clean and well kept. Employees are well kept as well. Very professional.

Sabrina was awesome, very helpful and a pleasure to talk to!! She helped me upgrade my phone without selling me anything I didn’t need and let me know I was paying too much for one of my lines even let me know how to fix it. I’ll definitely be going back to her from now on!
