BED BUGS and terrible service! This hotel, and their customer service, is FOUL.I had a reservation on 10/6. Arrived at 2am on 10/7. First impressions of the room were bad. Immediately pulled the sheets on both beds, to find 3 live gnat-sized bugs and some hair.I immediately went to the front desk, luggage in tow, and asked for a refund. I was initially offered one, but then when he saw my reservation was through "Expedia" (my booking was through Priceline but I digress) he said I'd have to take it up with them. I asked repeatedly for written documentation of the refund and/or the fact I was vacating the room, and he refused to provide it. (He also didn't know the word "elevator" when I was initially trying to take my luggage upstairs) Additionally, the door to my room (240) could not be latched from the outside. All the other local hotels were sold out at this point, and my only option was to sleep in the back of my rental SUV, with no blankets and no pillows. 3 hours of sleep in a car were not what I was looking for in the midst of a 7 hour drive home (before another long night of work) following a 3.5 week tour sleeping in a tour bus bunk every night, but it's what I got.Today, I called Priceline to rectify the matter. It took me 90 mins, and 2 calls from the Priceline reps to the hotel, to receive a refund. On the first call, "Danny at the front desk..advised that the booking is non-cancelable and nonrefundable...and...denied our request." Fortunately the supervisor was able to talk them into it in a follow-up call. The refund I was seeking was a whopping $57. The fact that it required another hour and a half of my life to secure it, following the gross customer experience on Saturday, added insult to injury. If you are considering booking this hotel, be advised you are likely to get what you pay for.See 3 attached pictures of crushed bedbugs on hotel linens.

Two lamps were cut and unusable. Tv wasn't working. Bathroom sink was stopped up. Way to expensive for the room.

They said you could smoke in the rooms then we get there and you can't. DONT PLUGE IN LAPTOPS you will blow a fuse and the guys at the front desk act like you did it on purpose then they make a big stink about moving you to a different room. Also they said they had connected rooms they do not! The only good thing that came from that motel was peach world. Oh and wedding not have a top latch and the dead bolt did not work.

The carpet needs replaced, there were no batteries in the smoke detector (which I didn't know was allowed), the neighborhood I quiet, but the warm breakfast is just a waffle (no yogurt, eggs, or juice). The owner I assume drives the very nice car in the reserved spot but doesn't put money into the place, the poor lady cleaning was using a shopping cart (not a real cleaning cart). It's okay for one night but it's so far from the stuff to do in Savannah.

Place was easy to find. The staff needs better customer service skills though. Every last one of them were rude. The room was not at all up to any kind of good standards. Holes in the wall, ac falling apart, smoke detector was gone, bathroom door looked like a freaking pit bull ate the inside of the door and it smelled like someone's grandma smoked in the room then died in it.Not a good experience at all. I Travel for work and have been to lots off places but never been to a third world hotel before.Safety: There's a homeless camp right behind the hotel and lots of drug activity.

It's kind of a dinghy place it's old paint and stains on the roof of the rooms makes it look shabby. The carpet in the room was un clean just feels nasty on my feet. If your desperate and it's just over nite I guess it's ok.

I should have left, when we saw the dirty towels in the bathroom. But we was tired and just wanted a good night of sleep. Now it's 1a.m. in the morning and my son jumps up screaming, I look and there is bedbugs crawling him..I carefully pack up ourselves and we are now sitting in the home depot parking lot. Waiting to buy bedbug spray.

The hotel was easy to find, comfortable room, and I can see that housekeeping works hard to deliver a comfortable stay. However, the maintenance staff needs to step up their daily property inspections, and make normal repairs to the rooms. This needs to be the hotels NUMBER ONE PRIORITY!Food & drinks: All nearby for your convience.

Stayed here about a week ago and I can confidently say it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had at a “hotel”. Crackheads ran absolutely rampant and my girlfriend and I were watched by a group as we entered and exited our room. People were blocking the stairwells muttering and yelling things, a pit bull was running loose, and the food looked inedible. The bathroom was filthy and much of the furniture was scratched and peeling away. The blind didn’t close all the way so we were in view of everyone that walked past and the beds were rock hard and dirty. Will never be going near this place again.

Roach motel. Service was good only when you let them know things are broken or they forgot to put a trash can in the room. There was a sign that said do not take breakfast to your room from the breakfast they give you. I thought that was odd. Turns out it's so the roaches do not come out. I bought food into the room the 2nd night from the store and that is when I learned they are in the rooms.Nearby activities: Peach world in the same parking lot, practically

I had a completely hellish day leading up to the decision to stay at this hotel. I needed something in the middle of the night. Ended up staying here ONLY because she told me she had two clean rooms available. As it turns out, this hotel had no actual concept of what clean is. My “non-smoking room” absolutely reeked of stale cigarette smoke, inducing an instant headache. Needless to say, I didn’t actually sleep here, after seeing the disgusting floor and bathroom, there was no way I was going to chance laying in the bed. But it was really nice of them to leave me a half drank can if dr. Pepper on the nightstand. Sweet waste of $100. Save your money and just sleep in your car before booking a room here.
