My husband and I were in the Richmond Hill Verizon Store today and had a great experience with Allen Poole(Sales Consultant). He had the patience of Job with us 2 elders. Very knowledgeable and explained all about our new phones in our language… we left with all knowledge necessary to use our phones and at the same time having the pleasure to meet a real professional young man.

Visited Verizon for the 4th time since switching to Verizon. I was met with a customer friendly Shania. Within 15 minutes she had addressed EVERY issue I had been battling for almost a month. I am 83 and I can’t begin to explain or describe the frustration and anxiety I had been experiencing. Thank you Shania for your support and service!

My phone would not pair to my vehicle so I came into the store. Scott walked outside and got my phone paired right back up to the Bluetooth and all my contacts back on the screen. It was only a matter of 5 minutes and I was back on the road. Thank you Scott!

Scott was able to take my trade ins and get us more money than we were told in the store. Instead of 800 I got 1000 dollars off. Not often do I come into a store and get more than what I was told!!! Thank you!!

We Stopped in to get new phones in Richmond Hill. Gene, a sales rep who was so awesome last time we were looking at getting new phones, was the only person we could ever work with when purchasing phones again. He wasn't working in Richmond Hill when it was convenient for us, so he left where he was working & came by the store after work to help us. After working with us for over an hour trying on different cases and walking through all kinds of options, we left with a lower bill & additional services!!! Thanks for staying late, being professional & superior customer service.
