“We make it a priority to stop at Nine Line/Black Rifle Coffee Shop when we are traveling out of and back to Florida. We’ve ALWAYS had an exceptional experience but today was truly exceptional. First a shout out to Autumn and Marcus. They went above and beyond to help us find a shirt in the right size. Autumn helped me find a particular shirt I had seen. After finding an additional shirt for a relative she thoughtfully found other items for the same relative knowing we were looking for gifts. When we left the register both of them continued to focus on the customers coming through the door and continued to make us feel so appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about our experience today. We will continue to visit this location and supporting both companies.
