This is the 2nd home that we have used Action Overhead Door. They are professional, efficient, and so friendly. They remembered us(and our dogs) from the previous home that they worked on. It feels so good to have people remember you and want to do a good job for you. I highly recommend this family owned business. Their work is excellent and they took their time explaining to me about the remotes and made sure they were programmed exactly the way I needed them to be. They are higher than 5 stars!!!!

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Had springs and tension rod changed out. Little over an hour and their done. This is a professional group I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

I emailed the company and sent a video of the problem my parents garage door was doing. Kevin Summit emailed me a video to watch to try to fix the problem myself. We messaged back in forth a few times and fixed the problem. He was so very helpful. Quick responses and easy to follow instructions. Great company!!!!!

I am changing my unfavorable review to 5 stars. Apparently there was a communication mix up. The owner contacted me within an hour of the post and the problem was solved almost immediately. The quick response shows me that this company is committed to customer satisfaction.

Amazing service, the guys were perfect very professional. Made sure I was satisfied before they left and even explained what they did.... Didn't waste any time got there got the job done and before I knew it me and the Dog were saying bye... And my dog loved them by the way....Would give them 10 stars if I could....

This being a very busy time for them, they managed to squeeze in our garage door emergency next day while other companies couldn’t get to us for at least a week. Family owned and operated, very polite, very customer oriented, got the issue resolved super fast and didn’t break the bank.Definitely call them for any garage issues if you live around Effingham County!
