I purchased my phones at the Pooler Parkway store, and unfortunately, they were not helpful when I reached out for assistance. I decided to call the Rincon store, and Amber, the manager, immediately told me she would look into my concerns and call me back.
Not even 15 minutes later, she kept her word and provided all the information I needed. Her professionalism and quick follow-up really stood out.
Any future business will definitely be at the Rincon store — thank you, Amber, for your excellent customer service!

Really enjoyed the staff and their knowledge at this location. Dylan was so kind and SO patient with us while we were transferring our service from Verizon. Our whole interaction with him reassured me that choosing AT&T was a great choice.

So, I had a pretty difficult situation when I came in to the store. I needed a line swapped from another carrier, needed to add a line, needed to trade a phone in and get 2 new phones. We ran into some issues and it took 2 days to get it all done, but Tevin and Ray, at the Rincon store went above and beyond to help me, and get everything done that I needed done. I mean to the point that they didn’t get to eat lunch. Even when I told them to go ahead and eat. When I say it took 2 days….literally 2 days from around 11:00 am til 5-6 pm. The second day, Ray was in the store alone and it was super busy. He still handled every customer the best he could and got me taken care of as well. The service most definitely outweighed the inconvenience of time. Most people don’t mind waiting a little longer when they’re getting stellar customer service. I don’t know who runs this district, but whoever you are, you’ve got a couple superstars in Rincon, and I hope they get some recognition. Thanks again guys.

I came in to upgrade and we weren't even greeted when we came in- Ray finally acknowledged us after 30 minutes after I asked him a question. He was toggling between another man for an hour and a half and another r customer came in and left. And another customer came in and left after an hour and a half. He sold me a phone but then told me that you had to gp to another store to activate it because a manager had to activate it . We already had so much going on we really didn't need to drive to another store. It was the worst customer service ever. We are thinking about switching to t mobile.

I went up there four different times to try to get a new phone. A phone line couldn’t do nothing the first day the second day still couldn’t get nothing. The guy pretty much pushed me out because it was 30 minutes before closing he already had the lights cut off Dylan. I think his name was third time I get up there. I was up there for four hours you had to use the same phone and a new phone number and today I go up there for an upgrade. They tell me they can’t upgrade. I had to put a down payment of $400 swing and upgrades free so not very happy 30 minutes there an hour waiting each day 30 minutes back home waste of gas and time. And still have no results

Never met such a lazy, rude person especially at AT&T. Was trying to change providers she couldn’t understand and told us to leave. She sits on her butt the whole time we were there. Saving grace was a young girl who just started there and understood what we needed and was very kind. Shame a good employee has to learn and work with such an employee with poor work and customer service experience. Ended up with Verizon who were happy to help us.
