Had a wonderful employee who helped me find out why my debit card refused my last purchase. I was able to cancel my debit card and order a new one. I appreciated the professionalism and kindness shown to me. I would recommend the Truist Bank in Rincon if your having any problems.

We've been with Truist (SunTrust) for over 20 years. They're always friendly and willing to do what they can to help. I've never had a problem with their recordkeeping of my account and they've questioned potentially fraudulent activity in a timely manner. We primarily use the Rincon and Garden City locations.
