I DO NOT RECOMMENDThere's an issue almost every time I order. Usually they get something wrong or miss something in the order or they over cook it. Last night it was two hours and I never did get my order. Now trying to get someone on the phone and no one ever answers. Just an automated answer and put on hold. Then the call disconnected after MORE THAN 50 MINUTES ON HOLD... TWICE IN A ROW! There is no excuse for this. I'm done with them.

I will say as a manager I was shocked to hear the manager of Domino's cursing time after time with a store full of customers. Yes, they were busy but obviously she was cracking under the pressure. Corporate should take pride in their product and employees. Train, support, listen and coach bad behaviors.I'm extremely grateful for my employees and know that mine would NEVER behave the way this manager did.Management is not just a title!! It's a behavior and she behaved horribly!!

All mobile delivery orders take them 2 hours, and after all the wait most times than not items are missing or wrong.

I did an online order last night. The food that was delivered was good but the were two items missing from the order. The driver said that either another drive or himself would rerun with the food and would not accept the tip and said to give it them when they returned. We waited about an hour and no one showed back up. We called the store and the lady who answered the phone was very confused and apparently the driver never said anything about the missing food. She talked to her manager and offered me a store credit. At this point I asked for either the missing food to be delivered or my money back just for the food that was missing. The lady told me her manager offered a store credit and that is all she could do. I asked to speak to the manager and they were too busy to speak with me. I then offered to come pick up the missing food and asked if they could possibly through in free desert or something for my hassle and when the employee asked the manager the manager was screaming at her.. “ I don’t know I’m too busy in here it’s going to be at least an hour”. At this point it had been well over an hour since or food was delivered. I asked the employee for the managers name because I felt like she had mistreated the lady and the employee told me that all she could do for me and hung up on me. This is the worst service I have ever experienced anywhere. I myself have worked in fast food and I know how stressful the job can be but in my opinion the customer service experience is a joke and they don’t care about happy customers.

It took more than 2 hours to arrive, I called customer service and no one answered the phone, and when the pizza finally arrived it was cold and tasted like rejected oil.

I generally order a meal and drink when I order from this establishment. The last time I went inside the area was not clean. The last 2 times driver forgot my drink I paid for. This 3rd time in speaking with a manager named Tasha I asked for my drink that was not provided the last 2 times. She was short and not customer service savvy. I know food service is a rough job but..I cancelled my order requested my money back. Consider this based on the other reviews another lost customer.

Pizza used to be ok ,kids there are terrible at night . Laughing at you like there's nothing wrong with spending 100.00 with a complete screwed up order that everyone has been waiting on. Ty Domino's you don't have this area .Dietary restrictions: Told the girl I was highly allergic,still she didn't comprehend.Our lawyers will be contacting you soon.

Google says I was there 5 days ago. However, I was not and have not been to one in 2 months or more. But pizza has always been good in the past.... Google and the NSA are getting things confused.......???

Second delivery order in (1) week and both times the $36+/- one pizza order was cold and not what I ordered!! No extra sauce, no extra cheese and again “COLD”!This customer is no longer a customer!!

You people are terrible and who ever runs this pizza joint needs to learn how to do their job better. TERRIBLE service . Order a pizza last night and it took over 2 hours to arrive. Just a plain cheese pizza . HORRIBLE!!!!!! If you need someone to show you how to run a pizza joint, let me know…. Oh and fix your damn phone!
