Empire Gym is a game-changer!!!!!
Walking into a gym can be intimidating. Especially when you're just getting started like me. Havent worked out in a decade! Day one, I was welcomed with love, respect, and genuine encouragement. The atmosphere is positive, uplifting, and focused on growth.
The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and truly care about helping you meet your goals, whether it's gaining strength, improving endurance, or simply feeling better in your own skin.
The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and filled with positive energy. Empire Gym isn't just good for your body, it’s great for your mental health too. Highly recommend!

I really enjoy going to Empire Gym. They have a nice selection of weights and machines and the staff is nice. I prefer to go early in the morning when there is less people.

I love Empire! I tried a few other gyms in Rincon/Springfield but Empire is the best. Has a mix of equipment (free weights, cardio, machines, etc.) to meet everyone’s needs (best selection of free weight options in town!). All incredibly family friendly!
I also love their faith statement, baptism celebrations, and investment in their values.

Went to this gym for 2 years I was approached by another member in this gym and threatened with violence multiple times by another member as well as an attempt to lure me to there parking lot to further escalate the situation the owners did absolutely nothing to this person whatsoever and I was kicked out for defending my stance and personal space due to feeling uncomfortable and threatened after being backed onto a Piece of equipment I would absolutely not recommend this gym to anyone no manager called me to even ask my side they had an employee do it named Brian and i politely explained it to him the situation no threats were made to this employee in anyway they didn’t kick the member out for antagonizing or provoking me with violence but instead kicked me out for reacting and let him stay with 0 care for the fact I was uncomfortable in there establishment and if it counts for anything this member that did this has caused multiple other problems in other gyms

I've been a part of Empire for the past 6 months and I cannot be happier with this Gym. Love the environment, the people, the values, the machines, and also the 24/7! Going to the gym whenever I want and knowing it is always available. Great place to workout and meet people with the same mindset!
