Prices here have gotten ridiculous I hardly ever find anything decent here anymore just a bunch of shein and offbrand garbage now the fitting rooms and bathrooms are locked. Not much of a reason to come here anymore.

Gets people's stuff for free, over charges for used items. Doesn't help people in need, has attitude about telling you policies when you ask.

Wow! I love shopping a the Goodwill stores.. I spend 100s every visit. The rudeness I just witnessed is unbelievable. So the line was getting long cause I have almost 400 bucks worth of items. An older gentleman suggested that another register be open in a joking manner. “I’m only person “ said the cashier ! Then her co worker that could clearly open a register plays with hangers and says “it’s not my fault that we are busy”! As he slowly walks to the next register and I can help whoever is next with the attitude. Now if I couldn’t hear all this then there would be nothing to talk about. They were very loud and rude, sarcastic and everyone in the line heard them. Nobody is forcing them to work at goodwill. Without paying customers they would have no job! Rudeness overload!
