I just had the worst costumer experience at this location, I went to buy a large tool cabinet here , after paying for it the tool cabinet I drove to the back of the store to the loading zone to pick up this large item like they always tell you to do when you buy something that is pretty big, long story short , after waiting outside for like 15 minutes nobody was coming out , so I decided to ring the door bell they have on the back not even 30 seconds this older lady , her name is DIANA answer the door and she had my tool cabinet on top of this dolly , she didn't even say hello or good morning, she just straight up started to talk to me pretty loud , telling me that she was waiting like stupid at the front of the store for me , that who told me to come and drive to the back that if I didn't know how to follow instructions, I just apologize to her , I told her it was my mistake and that it won't happen again, she just ignored my apologies and she kept lecturing me like if was a little kid,she was so mad that she was running out of air while she was almost to the point at yelling, I stood quite all the time , I didn't respond back , but after spending $350 dollars I wasn't expecting that kind of costumer service , I should have gone to home depot instead, this lady just make harbor freight lost me as a Costumer , I have spent thousands ands and thousands of dollars buying tools from them but this experience really makes me want to go somewhere else where there can appreciate my business
