Alexia at customer service is always wonderful. Anytime I see her she’s smiling, kind, and quick to help anyway she can. Store is always clean and well stocked, with plenty of options. This review is a special shoutout and thank you to Alexia😊

It's getting really hard to shop there now with all of the personal shoppers and stockers out at the same time. It could be okay if either of them were considerate of the regular shoppers but they are not. You guys could put your stockers out at night you know? You could also teach your personal shoppers and stockers to have a little consideration for others as they go through the store, rather than blocking up entire isles for several minutes as other shoppers wait in line to get down an isle.

I placed an order for 250 pieces of chicken, I wanted to pay when I placed it but I was told not too.. this morning I received a call saying what they usually do but I reminded her that I was told not to pay .. my order was supposed to be ready at 11am. It’s 11:24am and my chicken is still cooking..

If we have to check ourselves out at least open up more self checkout registers there should never be a line this long in the store.

A/C workers are hot ..in talking to cashier ..I said it's hot in here last 2 days you shouldn't have to work in these conditions..maybe I need to start going to Publix

I had a terrible experience dealing with Steven, who I guess is the Front End Manager. He was incredibly rude and condescending to me today. I'm not generally one to hold up a line for any reason, however I had items that were ringing up significantly higher than they were marked. The cashier was very nice and fixed the prices for me but she needed Steven to override the prices. When he came over he proceeded to talk to me in a very condescending manner and didn't want to change the prices. Steven needs to take some courses in Management, because I can only guess how he treats the other employees.

The man in the red vest named Steven that works up front is rude and has no personal communication skills by far the worst that I have ever dealt with at a Kroger probably will not visit this location again. He has no manners towards costumers as he argues and try’s to make himself look good. He does not know anything about the product sales that are going on within the store trying to charge you full price on sale items.

I have been checking weights of pre-weighed produce at home, my scales are not precise but everything I weighted always came in less than net weight. Today I picked up a pico and lable stated it was 14 oz net weight. I weighed the container on thier scales in produce and it showed 12 oz which would be gross weight. I then went to the seafood counter to get shrimp. I asked the associate to weight the pico and he said it weighted 12 oz. Will control weight prepa
cked goods, hoping this isnt a trend I've seen the last 30 days.
