As a shopper of Lowes I am appalled by the actions of this store. Only reason Donna was hired back was because all the backlash that this store received and negativity by caring human beings that felt bad for her. Nothing will change the reputation this store has and I for one will be doing my shopping at a different home improvement store.

I ordered a 5.0 amp saw online for pickup. Understand there are lack of employees these days but for the ones who do come into work, have a polite personality. The shopping experience starts there and then act like u r interested in solving the issue. Not felt as if u a push aside. It all comes down to me going to find the item, cancel the pickup order to bypass all the attitude and purchase it ! The other problem is it seems difficult for anyone working there to help you. I can roam around for minutes or hours and not one employee ask to assistant me. It's difficult to get anyone to stop to help. They need to work on customer service there!!

Two days later my washer is still not connected. The contract company Lowes is using has poor service delivery and communication. The delivery person left the washer hose on my front porch like he's a door dash or Uber driver. He even took a screenshot that went to the company. I learned this after I called the company to find out where they were, after they called an hour before to say they were ten minutes out, and when they got to the gate I provided the code. I waited for someone to knock on the door to complete the setup and that never happened. This contractor company makes Lowes look really bad, and I will never purchase appliances from them with delivery ever again! Still waiting!!!

Have been trying to get someone on the phone from this business the whole day but no one answers the phone when forwarded to an associate. The wait message is annoyingly repetitive, and after about 10 cycles automatically hangs up. This is in reference to an oven purchased by my elderly mother in March. Here we are 5 months later with no oven, and an unresponsive vendor. I understand businesses are struggling, but follow up should be a priority when dealing with an order like this.

Whoever is in charge of this Lowe's needs to be replaced. This place has gone downhill within the past three years. Here lately every time I come in they say that they have the items in stock that I need, and they do not. They cannot even find them. I am always told that the Pooler store has it. They need to get control of their inventory.

I have been coming to Lowe's now for about 4 months now. Between garden items and random things....they've been yanking money out my pockets WEEKLY. Lol I must say that everytime I have gone there ...I've experienced thee most gratifying customer service. Everyone I encounter is sooo helpful; going above and beyond to help me out. Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Micheal ( in appliances). Not only did he explain the various washing machines we looked at, but he was able to tell me about how they operated. I know...I know....this is what is 'expected' of the employees, but he did everything with a smile, knowledgeably, and with jokes! This type of combination is hard to come across in sales, and this is what makes me so grateful. Thank you, Michael!!!!

Bought a washer and dryer in November and had to spend countless hours on the phone finally getting them delivered weeks after promised. We again made the mistake of ordering from this location. We ordered closet inserts and a drawer was missing. Not that big of a deal except they charged us for it and we were never contacted about when it would be delivered. 3 weeks later I got someone on the phone after again spending countless hours and I am not exaggerating, countless hours getting the order cancelled. They also had no problem charging the full delivery charge on top of not giving me the complete order. If I had not called so many times I have no doubt I would still be waiting for the water, dryer, and drawer. This store has ZERO communication with its customers. I ended up going to the Pooler location and picking up the drawers myself. I hate to do it but the Lowes card is going in the trash and I'm going with Home Depot.

Terrible service here. It took 45 minutes to find my online order and then when I finally did get it I wanted to buy an additional 2 boards (4x4 pressure treated) and was told they were out of stock. When I return home less than an hour later, I look online and the Lowe's.com website says they have 58 in stock. Guess I'll drive the extra miles to go to Home Depot in Pooler from now on.

Extremely nice employees. I called to get a tub on Jun 30, 2020 and if Rincon wasn't so far from me I would shop at this Lowes all the time. Three different people were all very caring and efficient.

I can't really express how awful this place is. Never any lumber carts inside. Never more than one cashier. Just keep on driving until you find a home depot.

Moved to the area in late March, so I've been to this location a lot over the past few months. This place is great in most areas, knowledgeable staff, friendly and willing to help. Love the fact that they honor our military, even giving them a 10% discount. The one complaint I have is they never have enough registers open, even though plenty of workers walk past a line of of 3 or four people waiting to pay. I've seem some comments about them having self serve registers, but they haven't had them since I've been here.
