“They took care of my questions she had two other customers in front of me and I watched and listened. She did a excellent job. If I had a business and needed a customer service representative I would love to have someone like her”

“All I can say is I had a true customer service experience. Maya was phenomenal she knew exactly what I needed after I told her my situation. She was extremely professional, she listened and offered me words of encouragement. I can’t forget about Marci very bubbly personality and approached me with future benefits T Mobile had to offer once I am well established. These ladies turned my day around. I left the store satisfied with the service I received as well as the plan I selected. Keep up the great customer service which is hard to come by these days!!”
