I originally went to Mr. Paul Wendelken’s agency for quotes and my policies were written through his agency. Due to a rule where if you have had insurance through another agent within the prior 12 months the policies were transferred to another agent. I had the best experience the one time I was in his office. I can not express just how kind, both Mr. Wendelken and the young lady were who completed the application process. Although both were very professional, I left feeling like they cared about their customer and the feeling I was important and not just another number. I don’t think they realized how much this meant to me as I was going through a difficult time personally. My policies were switched back to Mr. Wendelken due to the agent I was assigned to has retired. YES! I would HIGHLY recommend this agency and look forward to speaking with them once more should I need any assistance.
