It's a nice local pet store even though it's owned by Tractor Supply and the staff are all knowledgeable and courteous and were eager to answer any questions that I had. I highly recommend giving them a visit as I will be visiting more in the future.

This is strictly for the grooming services!
Not only have I been cancelled on now THREE times but this last time I called after getting a LAST MINUTE cancellation email to still come and just get her nails trimmed and the groomer on the phone was rude and ignorant.
It would be simple but no these people make it impossible..
Go somewhere else for your grooming needs because its apparent these groomers dont care

EXCELLENT grooming services in the back of the store. They work well to accommodate us every time. Our Xena & Reesie are well loved and come home smelling fabulous! TYSM!

Love the people here! So sweet and such cool people to just know. They can help you with just about any pet question. Also love the goldfish I get from them I have to many lol but I love them all!

I would like to rate higher, but.... I purchased a $80 gecko. The wellness policy is not good, especially compared to Petco. The gecko is very sweet, but they put him in a hamster box. I got home, fixed his cage all up, and went to get him out of the box, and he was gone. He was so small, he got out thru the fold in the box, but we didn't look at him after we left the store, so we had no idea when he got out...on the way home? In the parking lot? The kitchen?, did he not go in the box?
Had the box been taped on the ends, it probably wouldn't have happened.
After looking everywhere and just devastated, we finally went to bed. My husband checked the bedroom every few hours throughout the night and finally found him on the ceiling over the bed at 4am. The gecko was a little stressed and bit him.
We have 2 dogs, so we just knew the end of the story was not going to be good, but thankfully, all turned out well, and he is happy now in his new home.
But all the stress, frustration, disappointment, and worry was completely avoidable if the box had been better quality or it had been taped. I will shop here again because it is convenient, but I probably won't buy another pet because of the wellness policy. And if I do, I'll bring my own carrier or make sure the box is taped.

Brought my pomeranian in for a hair cut, the groomer did an amazing job, Inc bath, nails, etc he looks terrific and we will be back when he needs next cut. Thank you ?

They were well stocked, clean, and had great customer service. They seemed to enjoy my chaos minion as he was viewing their little animals and fish for sale.

Well stocked and clean! Helpful staff as well. Prices are a bit higher than competitors. But they price match dog food, which is what I was in to purchase so over all great experience.
