I am a Rincon Resident since 2014. I am a teacher at one of the local high schools. I have always driven a Honda. Used to drive a CRV, now I drive a Pilot. Until a couple of months ago, I would take my Honda to Grainger for work, and my GMC Acadia to the Chevy place in Rincon for maintenance.
At Grianger I met Steve Morgan for the first time. He was a manager there. I came to trust Steve when it came to my Honda and genuinely looked forward to seeing him on my visits.
When I found out Steve was now the store manager at Quality Care in Rincon, I decided to take my Acadia to him and give it a shot.
It was great to see Steve, I got a warm welcome and I was in and out with the car in less than two hours. I grew up in a small town, and this experience at Quality Care reminded of that.
Today I brought my Pilot in for an oil change and I was in and out. Same great experience. In and out in less than two hours, and of course talking with Steve is always a pleasure.
I didn’t have an issue with Grainger, but it’s still a long drive and Steve isn’t there now. Quality Care is in Rincon, I don’t have to drive out of town, and I know that my car is going to receive maintenance timely and I can trust the man in charge!
Go by and try my friend Steve Morgan for your car’s maintenance needs! You will not be disappointed!

I cannot say enough good comments on here. The service manager, Steve goes out of his way to make sure your vehicle is getting the best care. The mechanic James worked on my Jeep and figured out the problem that no other garage could figure out for me. They made sure I got my vehicle back as soon as possible and kept me updated. Very friendly staff also. I highly recommend this garage for any of your vehicle needs!

Absolutely outstanding service!
I took my car to the dealership for a leaking sunroof and was quoted thousands of dollars for the repair. Thankfully, I brought it to Mark Grainger at Quality, and I am SO glad I did! They fixed the issue perfectly and for a fraction of the price the dealership quoted. Everyone at Quality was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in their work. You don’t find service like this often anymore. I’m beyond impressed and honestly can’t recommend them enough.

I always go to the shop when I'm in Rincon. Sad Scott doesn't own anymore. But the newer owner is doing well there. Now the best mechanic would be Billy .

Car wash is a scam. $3 for 4 mins and the timer is fast. The brush on the bay closest to the garage randomly shuts off mid wash. I wish someone would open an honest self serve car wash in town.

Went in for wheel bearing and an ac repair. Shop was great to deal with throughout the time my vehicle was in the shop. Steve communicated everything that was needed to be done to fix our car. Trustworthy shop that I would recommend to friends for any car repairs.

Hi, my name is Deborah DeLoach and I recently had my car fixed at this establishment and Mark Granger was the most polite, positive person that I have ever spoke with. Although my car was under warranty at Toyota, they found loop holes to say it wasn’t under warranty. But Mark took my car in and he got a brand new motor for it and done excellent on repairing it. Very professional very courteous whenever I called he always spoke to me in a very calm and polite manner so if you want your car fixed, take it to Mark Granger and Rincon, Georgia cause he is the best better than the rest. Quality Service, friendly people, above average customer service. It was a nice service experience.
Friday after Christmas I was having a hard time finding my local area car service companies open, even though their google listing stated they were open and their voice message when called did not say they were closed. I Googled additional service companies near me, Quality Service Center had a high review so I gave them a call. The lady that answered the phone was very pleasent, I explained to her my service need and I would need to wait on the repair. She said that all the techs were currently working however if I wanted to come on in she would work me in as soon as possible....and she did....the service tech discussed the problem with me and repaired to my complete satisfaction.

Tires were low and needed a lot more air. Saw this mechanic's shop and stopped by after trying to do it all by myself at the gas station. These guys were happy to help right away!!
