If you are looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend Rincon Chevrolet. Ask for Steven De LA Rosa for sure! He did everything and more to make sure I was happy. He searched and searched the entire US for my perfect truck and found it in Alabama and made it happen. Steven is awesome! The whole team that worked with me and my husband we just amazing. Thank you Steven, Tony, & Darniki. I will forever be a Rincon Chevrolet person.

Buying the car was the easy part. They told us they were putting new tires, new brake pads, etc and we had to wait an extra almost 2 weeks while they did the work before we could pick it up. Then not even 2 months later the rear brake pads are gone and rotor is messed up. They denied doing any work and cannot even get an oil change and "diagnostic" appointment until 2 weeks or more. Very disappointed and upset with how they talked to me and my girlfriend about the car. Will not be doing business here again. Save your time and money and go to the dealership in Statesboro who were able to fit us in the same day and were extremely pleasant on the phone.

Buying a truck from here was the best experience I’ve had at a dealership by far. I highly recommend this place and they will take care of you like your family. I never once felt like I was being screwed around with.

The process of buying a car can be quite stressful. However, the staff there were all very friendly and the made the process so easy. I was able to choose my vehicle and drive off with it in less than two hours. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Morgan was exceptional for her role in my visit. She went above and beyond to help me in getting my service done.Mechanically there was an issue that needed to be solved but after having said issue fixed, then another problem appeared or was there and just wasn’t resolved at the initial appointment.

Bought a used vehicle before Labor Day weekend. Oscar was our salesman. He let my wife and I do a walk around of the vehicle, which gave us some time to discuss without the immediate pressure. Oscar was thorough and helpful throughout the process. We did have a concern the following day after bringing the vehicle home. Spoke to Robbie who was willing to help out. Brought the vehicle back on Tuesday after Labor Day. Tony further assisted with the arrangements to get the vehicle into the shop for diagnostics. Overall we are not only happy with our purchase but we are also very happy with the service and friendly customer support given by Oscar, Robbie, Tony and the whole Rincon team. Thank you.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on Friday at 4 pm and I dropped off the car and told them I would come first thing in the morning to retrieve it. I show up the next morning to find out my car wasn’t done, completely threw off my entire schedule. On top of that I had to find out that I urgently needed rear brakes from an email later that day instead of while I was there and I could have had them serviced as well. The vehicle belongs to my son who is in college and has to drive a great distance to school and the reason I had his vehicle serviced there is because in the past I could expect excellent service and a phone call from the service department to repair things found while the car is in the air with the wheels off. I am pretty disappointed that I wasn’t given the best service possible and now I am trying to coordinate my son getting his brakes done from someone somewhere I don’t know or trust.

We had to wait 2-3 weeks to get scheduled in to look at the truck which is understood, but when we made arrangements for other transportation I expected the vehicle looked at that scheduled day. They kept the truck an additional day and spent no time even looking at the main problem which it was brought in for. They wanted it kept another day, while my wife had no vehicle for work etc. Worst experience ever and need my money refunded. Lost my business from trading in for a new one now.

Bought a silverado from here and had a great experience. We even returned to buy my wife a vehicle, which doesn't seem like alot but the dealership is located 7 hours from me but had what we were looking for. The customer service for sales is second to none. Amber was awesome both times and was very knowledgeable. Tony was awesome as well both times. Whole experience was fast and easy and I felt like they gave me the best bang for my buck. They take care of you like family at this dealership. Will return for any future purchases.

I have an issue with driver side seat, mirror settings. Basically I was told to read the owners manual instead of helping me. So, yea an 83,000 dollar Tahoe High Country and that's the service I got?? Hmmmm?? Not impressed.

As always, Franklin Blanks went above and beyond my expectations as a sales person. He answered all of my questions and worked very hard to get me the car I wanted. He did not pressure me into purchasing any vehicle and I appreciate that more than you know. Everyone from Mr. Greathouse to Tony in finance were extremely helpful and courteous.Thanks again!

Barbara in service is very good at listening, and to what I have to say. She is willing and does her best to give the best service and answers. Barbara wants to make the customer, (me) feel that I can trust that, the truck will be taken care of, like it was own! Barbara La Barg was a pleasure to deal with, and Mike Bell corrected the problems to my satisfaction. The truck is running great again! Thank you Barbara and Mike!
