A quote was prepared for the work. I had some issues with the storage of my vehicle which was left in the elements under pine trees. The girls in the office were rude, and didn't care about my concerns. The end product resulted in a large bill 3x the amount quoted. Overall not impressed with the service, professionalism or customer satisfaction. I would not recommend for anyone to take their vehicle there for repair. A little under two years now and paint is chipping off.

Transporting a truck back to RYDER, for them. Family owned, and these are kind down to earth people here, who seem to really know what they are doing, un taking care of their customers.

I WAS CUSSED OUT IN FRONT OF MY FAMILY BC MY TRUCK WAS TOO HARD FOR THEM TO WORK ON I’M NOT KIDDING Take your money and run go any where but here I mean it the you’ve been warned as it is I’m having to take ‘em to Court bc my truck is worse than before the actual wreck my bumper is off center my hood is not aligned and the truck is just not right I’m telling you TAKE THIS AS you been WARNED AND I THINK THE OWNER HAS LET THE FUMES GET TO HIM A LIL MUCH AND NOW IT’S TIME TO THROW THE TOWEL IN AND HANG IT UP BUT YOU CAN’T TELL HIM THAT

Just say no!!! Rincon Collision may have been a great place years ago, but I suggest reading recent Google reviews before trusting your vehicle with these folks. Go to Harold’s. At least they’ll return your calls.

We took our vehicle to them for an estimate, which was around $1k. It took them 15 days to even get the parts and look at the vehicle after the initial estimate. Then we got a call telling us that is was going to cost a lot more because they did not see the damage under the bumper. Is that really professional? Why didn't you discover this from the initial estimate?
