I had a good experience!The customer service was great. Rebecca was very friendly, I felt comfortable (not rushed or overwhelmed) taking her product recommendations.My scalp is usually sensitive. I just started using what she recommended, and so far, so good!

Stop by today to return/exchange trimmers I purchased a week ago. The male cashier proceeded to tell me they did not take clippers back when a female worker very rudely jumped in. I asked her to explain what she meant because she said it so fast and nastytoned. After continuing with my return she hops off the register counter she had made her seat and walked off. I have never been treated so rudely in this store. I did her a favor and made sure to tell her to watch her tone when speaking to customers!

One star only because I had to. Purchased some “new” Andis T outliner trimmers. I should have trusted my first mind when the store associate reminded me that all clipper/trimmer sales were final. However, I was in a bind and purchased anyway. Immediately went home to complete the haircut and within two minutes, the trimmers cut off, and would only turn on enough to make the motor buzz. Called the store and was told that not only their policy was no refunds, but also no exchanges. A complete waste of time, and $100.

Looking for a simple fingernail brush. I asked the sales associate for help and she didn’t understand what I was looking for and took me where I had already looked. Totally worthless.

My 15 year old daughter went in this store today to get hair product she normally gets from here. She pulled her lip gloss from her pocket to show her friend what kind it was & then put it back in her pocket. Blonde woman working today that we will call Karen approached them and started accusing them of stealing. They informed her that they were not stealing anything, which she responded with well yall will have to empty your pockets before you leave. I enter after this & they inform me of what happen. So I chose for us to leave. On the way out she stops us and says the police are on the way. I asked my daughter to show her the lip gloss to prove it was her own. After being proven she was wrong, she ask us to please never return to the store. No problem!

I had a great experience in here today! Melissa was friendly and super helpful. I usually order Caboki hair fibers online and the shipments have been coming in way too late so I came in to get some extra fibers and I'm glad I did! Will be coming in here from now on. I'm going to shop local instead of buying the stuff from some company based in Delaware and waiting forever!

I was trying to browse at this store and the associate followed me the entire time I was in the store and wouldn’t leave me alone. I was trying to social distance and one of the associates kept getting to close to me. When I noticed the other lady watching me in the shoplifting mirrors I decided it was time to leave after I let her know how uncomfortable she was making me feel. You should be able to shop with out feeling like someone is crammed up in your space the entire time you are in the store. I won’t be back in this store again. I’d rather buy stuff online from Amazon than to be treated like a potential thief.

Today I walked in and wanted to touch up my roots to a silver blonde like the rest of my hair. I’ve only used box dyes and wanted to try something else. Well the girl walked me over to get 20 developer and I asked do I need a toner and she grabs 050 cooling violet. So I asked how much do I use of it to tone it, and she told me the entire bottle and half of the 20 developer. I did just as she said and my hair turned out completely dark grey. It’s horrible. I researched the 050 and it is actually a additive. NOT A TONER AND NOT TO USE THE WHOLE BOTTLE. You’re only supposed to use 2-3 cap full mixed with developer. My hair is completely ruined. She did not know what she was talking about. I thought the employees at Sally’s should know about hair. Guess not.

Poor customer service. The associate sneezed on her hand and DID NOT sanitize her hand then continued to touch the item but would not let me even see the item nor touch it.

Buy in ebay or Amazon. Dont waste your Money here. Save hundreds around the year. Honestly....especially clippers, trimmers, blades, and blowers. BE SMART

Used to love coming to this store. It has QUICKLY gone downhill. Staff just stands around talking about weekend plans and never want to help you. They never know how to help you. I'd rather pay the difference and go to my local beauty supply.
