Great shoe store with good prices

Walked in today and Megan and I assume her manager looked us dead in our faces and didn't say a word. We found 2 pairs of shoes that we needed and Megan went to the back to get the match and took a good 7 minutes before she leisurely walked back having a conversation with the other woman that was working there. No effort to apologize as we waited up front in their extremely hot store. Poor customer service will not be returning.

Very unorganized. We was trying to find some dress shoes for men for a funeral and had no help. Workers just stood there and didn’t even help.

I was just in your store and picked out a pair of shoes that was 69.99. I asked an attendant about a sign that showed 44.99 she explained it was for a different shoe. No problem I proceeded to the register to pay never once asking for a discount. The attendant brought the box with the sign up to the register and said something to the other attendant. When I stepped up I said I guess she told you the sign was in the wrong place, never once asking for discount. She told me not in the wrong place bla bla bla the price is 69. I simply stated in my line of work I would have to honor the price but again never asking for a discount. You see I an a General Manager for large company and I was simply bringing this to someones attention. But the way the second attendant spoke to me I went somewhere else and paid more money for my shoes.

Went in the store today was buying four pairs of shoes. Two didn't have matches after waiting 20 minutes the guy tells me there are no matches for the shoes anywhere so I walked to see if there was more and I go back to the counter and he took all the boxes to the back. I just don't understand how you can't have matches to the shoes. That's crazy! Customer service sucked!

Its rare to find retail stores that are run as well as this one. No one on a phone, or ignoring you. Everyone was hard at work, but took time to speak and offer help. They are a tremendous example of great managment and staff. Can't say enough good things, and all the that they did to help my family was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be a long time customer.

I love this store!! They have medium width and wide width for the whole family. The prices are amazing!! The store was super neat and tidy. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be coming back when we go shoe shopping in the future!
