I 100% recommend Simplicity Hair Studio!! Eyra has been my hair dresser for more than 15 years and I don't trust anyone but her with my hair, but they are ALL fantastic and friendly stylists!! I would follow her to the moon if I had to for a beautiful cut, color and style!! Go see these ladies, you'll thank me later❣️

It was easy to get an appointment, my stylist Alexis was ready to start on time and she was so friendly. She listened to what I wanted, helped me make a realistic decision based on my current hair color/ condition and the she jumped into action and gave my hair life. This was an amazing expirence, the pricing was fair, and in all I will be returning.

My first experience, I would’ve given this establishment 5 stars. In June I went for a shoulder length cut and it turned out beautifully. So I will give credit where credit is due. The same lady, a young women with long brunette hair, not only ruined my hair this time, but she also took an electric razor to the back of my neck repeatedly and left a painful mark. When I sat in her chair I used my hands to show her the length I wanted, as well as said “I want it just overtop of my shoulders, not resting on my shoulders but skimming them”. Please, tell me how a hairstylist takes a shoulder length cut and turns that into a chin length bob. I was not facing the mirror, otherwise I would have for sure said something, but when I felt her take that razor to my neck I knew it was too far gone. I couldn’t get out of that chair fast enough. I could feel the tears coming when she turned me to the mirror. I held my composure and walked out and sent my fiancé in to get his cut and to pay, which at the time, I hadn’t realized that I was cut across the entire base of my neck, just that an extra 4ish inches was chopped off that I hadn’t wanted. It wasn’t until I was home and standing in the shower that I felt the burning where she cut me. Thankfully, hair grows back, it’s upsetting that I just spent $200 less than 2 months ago to have my hair colored copper and she chopped most of it off and I hate the look of the cut. But, had her mistake been recognized and addressed with respect and understanding, I can’t say that I wouldn’t have gone back to give her another shot. Instead, we finally get a call back, and she tells my fiancé that we “can find a new place to go, to please not come back”. That is certainly not good customer service, nor how you keep people coming around. Especially considering that you are one of the owners and that’s how you choose to address a customers concerns and their negative experience. Maybe next time try, “I am so sorry that it didn’t turn out how you would’ve liked maybe there was a lack of understanding on one or both sides. I am most sorry that you were cut. Whatever I can do to remedy the situation, please make me aware.” It is so easy to be kind and solve an issue. I suggest learning basic human decency and proper customer service.

Looked up a place to do blonde highlights because I needed to find a new place. Was probably the second worst hair experience I’ve ever had besides someone frying it. Terrible customer service I told her exactly what I was wanting and she shrugged and said your hair is kinda damaged and then proceeded to do a different color not even sure what shade it is smh ?♀️ and didn’t even try to get close to roots like I nicely asked and explained from the start. Didn’t seem to care at all what I wanted and was so indifferent. I’m a nice person so I still sadly paid and tipped her because I’m not a jackass. I cried after because it was so bad they color and sloppy job it looked way better before. I wish I never went there and wasted my time and money. Forgot her name but she was younger brunette and had long hair. Would not recommend her at all.
