My boyfriend and I just waited an hour and a half at the window after paying, only to be pointed at and I guess they realized they forgot about us. If anyone had actually come close enough to the window to flag down, we could have just asked for a refund but no one did until they came to ask what our order was because they’d cleared our entire order off the screen. To top it off the lobby was closed, so it’s not like we could go inside. Never have I seen anything like it. From personal experience in fast food, how do you forget the whole entire drive thru?

They are understaffed, but they really try to make up for it. The food isn't always hot... sometimes not even warm. I can't tell you how many times I have ordered a cheesy roll up for the kids and it was a cold tortilla with just shredded cheese on it.

Visited the drive thru. They got all of our items however, one was not made correctly. The staff was friendly and fast. When we drove through a second time to inform them of the mistake, they remade the item. They were very polite and professional. I will go again!Vegetarian options: Nearly everything they make can be ordered without meat or with beans in place of the meat.

I would rather drive the extra couple miles down the street to the Taco Bell near 95 because at least their employees can get an order right. DO BETTER!

I've tried them three times already and all three times. My order is wrong and the taco shell is stale. Also all the soft tacos are super greasy and saturated. I really don't like doing bad reviews but there's got to be a change for this location.

Stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting to order. Then, I was told we had to use the kiosk to order. When we got or food, we were shorted items . When I questioned the manager about it, she informed us that they were out of it. Seriously, a fast food Mexican restaurant with no natcho cheese. Why would she take our money for Natchos, knowing she did not have the cheese and then try to pass it off and not serve us the nachos part of our meal thinking we would not notice. Then, when asked for a receipt, she said she would email it to us. We never received it.

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes before finally giving up and placing a door dash order. Go to walk inside and the doors are locked.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from the Rincon, GA location, with items I've purchased, that was not in my bag that I received from the drive thru window. Food is very sloppy. It's like the employees don't care about customer satisfaction at all. The Main LOBBY is still CLOSED!! For no apparent reason. Would not recommend this taco bell to anyone. Better to go somewhere else where your money spent will be worth it
