“While having to wait to have my car serviced I strolled along and visited every store in the strip center. As a former Retail Assistant Manager there are certain things that we do to welcome customers when they enter our store. Of all the stores I visited only 2 employees acknowledged me.This goes out to the young man at Goodwill (cashier) who welcomed every single shopper who entered the Store without hesitation along with a smile on his face! Kudos to you for your impeccable customer service skills. You Rock!”
