We have been to this location here a few times already, and each time, the guys on the floor act supper annoyed when you ask for help, and they don't seem to know where anything is.. The loader act lost and confused on how to load iteam.. we end up loading it ourselves

Been there 3 times to rent a trailer trailers in the parking lot. But told its rented. 3 time at 815 they open at 8 no one in parking lot. Ask about trailer oh its rented it in the parking lot. Oh someone rented it they just went to ger tires and reserved it. But your policy is first come first serve. No reservations. Yea but they had to get tires first. So they called. But your policy is you can't call. First come first serve. OR IN THIS STORES CASE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE EXCEPT FOR FRIENDS THEN THEY RESERVE FOR WHEN EVER YOUBSHOW UP AND WASNT IT.

Went to look at Christmas trees and the young lady at the front was staring off into space and when I told her I was looking for a tree she just keeps repeating red tag obnoxiously. Come to find out I needed to pull a tag off a tree and bring it to them. But she wouldn't say that she got ruder and ruder and had no sense. Ended up going to rahn farms and getting a very nice tree

The cashier allowed someone walking in the front door with a return to cut line. The return had a lot of issues and another register opened. All the people from the back of the line went to that register. A register directly behind me opened and all of the people that were behind me got to start using that register. Meanwhile, I am still sitting behind the person who was allowed to cut in line. By the time I made it to the register everyone that was behind me had already checked out. People that weren't even initially in line were already checked out before I made it to the register to begin checking out. It's obvious that they do not know how to handle being busy. Hopefully, some of their business will go to the new store in Bloomingdale so their customer service will improve.

Made 26 dollar Item online says you had items in stock, sent to pick up order next day the item is gone and order canceled then the following day it goes back to full price of 78 and it’s magically back on the shelf this place is a scam and a waste of time

We had a great experience at the Rincon, Ga tractor supply store. Gus was helping us out to purchase some baby chicks. The store was a bit busy but he took the time to work with us and was super friendly.

*This is based on the pet cleaning station only* My dog has super sensitive skin and has to have more baths than the average dog. My previous place had a pet spa, and now I'm left to my own devices! I'd rather not bathe the pup in house, THEN have to clean the bathroom. So I was happy to find out about the pet cleaning station at the Rincon location. We walked in early, about 8am on a Friday, and were greeted by Terry. He was so helpful! We went to the back to wash the pup, and another employee, I didn't catch her name, was equally helpful! The cleaning station wasn't cleaned from whomever used it heftier. But it wasn't in terrible shape (I've experienced much worse pet cleaning stations). I LOVE that there are towels, pet soaps, pet dry stations for large and small pets, and a pet shower station with SEVERAL nosel options. Something I didn't think I needed when giving my dog a bath. The drying station for large dogs is next to an open outlet, what was a bit concerning to me, and the apparatus for my dog to sit in was a bit wobbly, but we made due. We paid $9.99 and we will DEFINITELY be back!
