As a business owner, I understand how important people are to any company and Mary at Verizon reminded me of that. My wife and I came in to disconnect a line after the passing of her mother-in-law. It was a tough day. She took the time to talk with my wife, suggested a smartwatch to help monitor her heart health, and even encouraged her to spend time gardening, joking that unfortunately, they were sold out of plants that day.This brought a smile back to my wife’s face, something I hadn’t seen in days.

Several years ago, I came to the Rincon store and purchased an LG-STYLO phone! I experienced excellent customer service and left a five-star review. Naturally, when I was in the market for a new phone, I returned to the Rincon store and purchased the Samsung S25 Ultra. Again, five-stars! Thank you, Alan, for making the process a breeze and getting my new phone up-and-running! I appreciate the excellent service I received at the Rincon store! All the best!!!!

Julia helped me with activation issues my husbands phone was having. There was issues with his replacement phone. It was a journey getting through some tech issues but Julia was so helpful, friendly, determined and just overall a great person!! 10/10 Service! Would definitely come back to her for purchasing my new phones!

My mom went to this store today 3/7 to change over all her information because my dad passed away. The representatives were completely rude to her and were not helpful at all. One of the representatives told my mom the she was so combative (and she wasn’t she was doing what the people on the phone told her to do which was to go to the Rincon location because there a corporate office to get everything change) that she did not even then she deserved for her to tell her that she was sorry for her loss and went to the back of the store.

First let me say my mom is 76 and changing phones is scary for her even though I worked in the phone Industry for years and would answer all her questions . Well my dad’s phone finally RIP today so we went in to see what the options were and got Alan. Instead of being pushy and explaining what he wanted us to do… he answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns about losing certain perks in our “old plan” and came up with a solution that made us comfortable! Thank you Alan for helping us today.

Had an appointment at 2:00. It is now 2:32 and still have not been seen by a representative. Several walk-ins have been assisted while we had an appointment. What is the point of appointments if you don't get seen at the chosen time?

I can't stand this store. The rude smart behind lady in the store makes me loathe it even more. They can do nothing to help with orders or bills. I have no idea why they exist.

I was having problems receiving calls on my phone. Literally spent hours on phone and in store trying to resolve issue all to no avail. Luckily for me after only a few minutes Josh was able to figure what the problem was and fixed my phone. I was about ready to say forget it when he figured out the problem. Thank you so much Josh at the Rincon store.
