Mediocre at best. The isles are blocked during the day for restocking. I hate self checkout! People park on handicap diagonal lines with no remorse. The personal shoppers are rude. I can't get around them. Produce is old. The TV's are a bargain. Too many things are locked up. There is so little help available. Someone is getting rich from these stores and it's not the employees. Walmarts ruin communities!

Love this Walmart.. Employees are very helpful especially in the produce section.. I'm new in Rincon and have been coming to this Walmart on a weekly basis for shopping groceries.. everything is always organized.. been to several Walmarts and this one is great!

I had the best service experience tonight at Rincon Walmart. I was trying to buy a large swimming pool in the garden center. The lady working the door called on the phone twice to make sure someone was coming to help me. She was so sweet. (I wish I got her name). Javier showed up with a smile on his face. They both helped get the pool on the dolly. Javier then helped me to my car to remove a smaller pool I just purchased and return it for the larger pool. He then took the larger pool to my suv and loaded it for me. He was so kind and willing to help. I wish more young men had his work ethic. Thank you for the great customer service!!

I ordered grocery delivery. The deliver driver showed up with a completely wrong order, pulled up on my yard so he would be closer to my front porch, and then left what was clearly someone else's order. Luckily we were home and was able to catch the mistake before they left. The only problem was we could not communicate the problem with the driver because he couldn't speak a word of English. We finally got him to understand that the order they brought wasn't ours and he needed to take it back. The next hurdle came with trying to get the charge to my card refunded. Gotta love the return site of Walmart. There were a couple of items that were included in the order that when I tried to select the refund, they said that I would have to return the items to the store to receive the refund. If I never received my order, how can I return the items. The only good thing from this whole experience was the help I received from Wanda. She was very helpful and courteous. I would like to give Wanda 5 stars. I am still waiting to see how much of the money deducted from my account gets refunded.

I went to Walmarts auto care center for an oil change. The posted price was $46.88, sounds great. Unfortunately, I was told, they were out of full synthetic oil and didn't know when they would be getting more. But, they said, we can pull some off of the shelf and we'll only charge you $59.88 for an oil change. After calling around, Walmart was still the most affordable even with the price hike. So I relented and let them change the oil, but I told them that they should only charge the advertised price, but that wasn't going to happen. After the oil change was done, the bill was over $70 with tax. They neglected to tell me that I was going to pay for a full quart of premium oil that only had a few ounces used from it. Now, I'm even more ticked off. Price gouging and dishonesty does not sit well. They should have made the price what was advertised but instead made me feel like I wasn't getting my car back until I paid them. NOT HAPPY!!

Please, please do a quality control check on your click list employees. I stopped using walmart clicklist a year ago because my orders were never ready during the pickup time or they would charge me for items that I never received. Well due to inflation I figured I would try their service again. To begin with, the employees in the clicklist area answer the phone like its their personal cell but of course my order wasnt ready so I opted to come back the next day due to not living anywhere near walmart and my order was so far behind, the worker could not even locate it in the system, meaning it was never started. Well, I call the next day and some woman answers in a monotone voice like she could care less about her job and sounded like she was literally waking from sleep.....she mumbles a question that I assume was her asking how to spell my name. She then proceeds to tell me that my order is ready and when I said "great" she just hung up. This is customer service so if you do not actually care about your job then please step aside. There are too many people out there who would gladly take your place and be humbled to earn your paycheck. However, if the attitudes reflect the wages then this all makes perfect sense. Not worth the hassle, so good luck yall.

On line grocery is a sham. I tried for two consecutive days to have my groceries delivered. Mind you, I paid for these groceries. The groceries never arrived. After many follow up phone calls I was informed that they didn't have any driver's. Wal-Mart is sorry! I recommend Publix. Did an online grocery order and my groceries were delivered on time!

After ordering a Blackstone grill last night online. The site stated it would be available for pick up after 11 today. It was not ready at 1 so I called and spoke with a wonderful woman named Wanda who helped me out tremendously!!! She was able to get it ready for me so I could pick it up within 15 mins!!! Now it's home and my husband has a huge smile on his face for Father's Day!! Thank you so much Wanda and staff for all your help!! You all deserve a raise!

Had a terrible experience here today. Got in line with $350 worth of products. Said hi to the cashier and she said nothing. Ok fine probably not a people person. So I told her I had diapers on the bottom, she still didn't say anything, just kept scanning. So I asked if she heard me about the diapers and she said yeah and didn't even look up. So I asked if I could use a $50 gift card I got for Christmas and my debit card for the remainder but I also need cash back off my debit. She said she didn't understand what I was asking so I repeated it. She then rolls her eyes and yells for Brittany to come over. Brittany comes over and she tells Brittany that she's going on her break after me so she was in a hurry. She then tells Brittany that I had a question, so I had to repeat it a third time. Brittany looks at me and says I don't know how to do that either and walked away. I just said forget it and walked away. Why treat people like they're a bother to you when I'm spending money and they're getting paid. It's just said.

Went for contact fitting. Asked for a refund of a contact exam after the Dr claims he couldn't give me a prescription. Then had to wait long time for a refund simply because manager only one who can give a refund. Lord forbid the manager drop dead, never would get a refund. Go somewhere else.

Upon coming back from the ATM, sadly, my daughter was being accused of stealing a pack of pads. The employee emphatically knew and wanted to tell us that only scanned 3, but had 4 in the bag. After showing the employee (TWICE )that each pack was scanned. She mumbles, "my bad", and shuffles off. I left all my stuff there; we have no need to steal ANYTHING, from Wal-Mart. I appreciate her lack of training, it allowed me to show my girls that you shouldn't acuse when you aren't sure.

I am highly disappointed in the pharmacy at the supercenter in Hinesville, I've been using this pharmacy for two years and i don't what or who made the changes to the pharmacy operational procedures but I still feel that customer care and service should be a top priority. little over a month ago i went to Walmart pharmacy to pick up my refill on my prescriptions and notice that one of my medications had change from a generic brand to another generic brand; well, when i had my doctors visit my major complaint was about his new medication that walmart pharmacy took it upon themselves to give me without explaining to me that this was another brand to a generic brand i was already receiving. I told my doctor i experience severe weight gain and leg cramps and she notice the difference from my last visit. she also informed me that my prescription was for levothyroxine and not the generic brand to levothyroxine called Euthyrox. This brand causes leg cramps, heart attacks, weight gain etc. but this was explain to me at the window when picking up my prescription and it was told to me why the change in my prescription. I felt this was unfair to me because the medication given to me was going into my body and it was like i don't have health insurance; i wasn't given an option walmart pharmacy staff made the decision for me and my physician without being informative of the change in my prescription. i can see now that it's time for a change in where i get my prescription filled because if no one else care about my life i do and i can careless about them pushing off a generic brand, it should be the person who taking the medication if their health insurance covers it and if they want to pay a co-pay. Walmart get handle on this situation.

I shop at this Walmart in Rincon a great deal, 3 years ago my truck was broken into in their parking lot close to the garden center and the person took several items including check books, jacket and purse, lucky I had my wallet on me inside Walmart, had to close all 3 checking accounts and open new ones. On 6/1/20 I had just picked up horse feed from the local feed store and stopped at Walmart in Rincon to pick up a few items that took less than 20 minutes. When I got back to my truck someone had stolen 2 bags of horse feed from the bed of my truck at $20 a bag. I was parked next to the order pick up area and across from the employee rest area which there were 2 employees sitting at the rest area at the time. It's obvious they have NO Security in place for their customers!!!!! From now on I will be going to the Pooler store instead!!!!!!

We asked where to find chicken wire after looking around for quite some time. We walked into the outside portion of the garden center to check if it was out there but we still couldn't find it so we asked where it was. The associate looked at us like we were crazy for even approaching her and then simply said "inside" and pointed through the doors.
