I picked up a medication today and even after confirming my address, they still handed me someone else's medication. To make it worse, the one they handed me is a schedule 2 drug. My last name is Barfield and the last name on the other medication started with an E. How does that happen on a controlled medication?

I want to shout out a big Thank you to the Pharmacist Hiral. After a week of dealing with my Dr. Office over a prescription that was written wrong, Hiral was my angel in disguise when she answered the phone & said Mrs. Marcia I am going to figure out how to fix this or get you a discount on your prescription. She called me back within an hour or less and had gotten approval for my insurance to pay for my prescription!

Horrible experience with their pharmacy Manager. She is also a pharmacist. She in no way is there to help her patients! Will never use them again! Called their CORP office and even the DM agreed her behavior was inexcusable! She was suppose to reach out an apologize and never did. They lost a loyal customer of 10 years. Will never recommend or use them ever again!!!!
