Update September 2024, RINGGOLD GEORGIA LOCATION. This store is really going downhill. The outside looks like crap and so does the inside. The bathrooms are always filthy. They have up because Quik Trip is opening next door??? I went to get a drink, but they were out of Ice , AGAIN!!

I have noticed the ice machine? has been out of order for about a week. This is quite inconvenient, especially in the summer ? It would be great if management could fix it soon???
Otherwise, the employees are friendly each time I come in! ??

An employee puts off an unbearable stench that, on occasion, made me gag while getting checked out. I love going to this location, but I’m not going to risk vomiting when I smell him again.

Not the cheapest gas but it's right off the interstate and with the 3 cents I have from the 7-Eleven app, darned close. That's why they call it a convenience store, right?This was a quick stop. Inside, the usual slushees, coffee, roller meat and a clean restroom.

I go here for most all of my quick stop needs, unless I'm out of the area. Been a faithful customer since the new manager (Otto) started working there. He's a friend to the locals and runs a tight ship but he is over worked due to quick turnover of workers. It appears the "Do more with less" mentality is at play here and rather than a full compliment of workers on each shift there's always two workers with one of the two overlapping into the next shift. This is a good sized complex and in a good location. Corporate has to be making hand over fist but if one person calls in sick before or after Otto's shift, or quits, Otto ends up having to cover, sometimes till a replacement is found. I can see without being told Otto is being overworked and beat down. Corporate could step in and hire two main managers to split the work load for him but it doesn't seem to happen. We love Otto but we are afraid we will lose him because he will be forced to walk away.Corporate needs to send in an evaluation team to reset this store and put in place an employee system that doesn't fall hard on the good workers. Everyone, when you go in there, encourage Otto. He's a good man working hard to make a quick stop for goods into a friendly, and welcoming experience. Keep up the great work Otto. I hope Corporate will hire you 3 employees to just do janitorial at least so you can focus on managing and customers even more. We love you man.The Bubba Keg Family(Followup: Corporate sent in a new manager and all our team but one left, including Otto and Mike. Sad. We go to Circle K down the street now.

I never thought going to a gas station could really change your life until I visited the 7-eleven in ringgold. My first visit there the assistant manager Michael was working with a lady I don't remember her name but when I went I was with my 16 year old son we had a very rough week loosing my husband and Michael spoke to us like he knew us since then we have been faithful there and since then I have witnessed the assistant manager helping so many people that visit there. I just want to say thank you to 7-eleven and thank you personally to Michael for what he has done to help my son in so many ways after loosing his father. Michael goes above and beyond the duties I'm sure he is trained to do and builds personal relationships and for this we appreciate and value the ringgold location of 7-eleven

Most disgusting bathrooms! Tampons, trash overflowing and dirt everywhere. Mops on the floor. Mop buckets in the middle of the floor as you walk in. Suggestion… use them!

I have be going to the 7-eleven in Ringgold for 5 year. But for the last year after the old Manager left it has with down hill it never clean and the new manager It's incompetent And rude as hell And I would not recommend anybody to go back in this store.
