Had trouble starting my car today and thought it might be the battery. The man at the counter (I think his name was Robert but I might be mistaken) tried everything to help me get it started again, and helped me with my car for a long time in the heat! Seriously, he was beyond helpful.

I’d recommend everyone if you’re looking for an auto part store go see Heather Bishop at auto zone in Ringgold Ga. She’s helped us on a couple of occasions and she does an awesome job. She’s not afraid to get her hands dirty. I spent most of my life in sales and this young lady is asset to the company

Ask one of the part sales manager to look up a commercial account since the commercial manager was busy with another customer and they told me that I had to see the commercial manager and would not assist me. So I put my merchandise back up and left I will not do business with this location ever again

There's a lady named Heather she works at AutoZone in Ringgold Georgia she's absolutely amazing she's very helpful very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know the answer she will find out I would highly recommend AutoZone in Ringgold
