Benefit for Women is the perfect gym for people like me who are reluctant about joing a gym. The gym is well equipped and has a welcoming atmosphere. The owner is very accessible for private instruction and training.

Great place to workout. Safe, clean and comfortable environment.
We encourage and promote health and well-being for every woman in a clean, comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
This is a women's only gym that gives its members access 24/7 to enable the busiest of us a time to work out.
We have bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, a rower, free weights, and weight machines for a total body workout. We are never crowded.
Experience the difference! Different from the intimidating gyms and uniquely equipped with exercise machines that are much more versatile than other women's studios.
We have staffed hours for training new members and working with established members. We welcome visitors during these hours or by appointment.
