Living in TN this Costco is close. I get gas each time I go to pick up groceries or prescriptions. The experience is okay as gas stations go. The wait time is minimal now that more pumps are added. The staff person working around the pumps has always been helpful and friendly. Thank you for keeping the area neat and the vehicles rolling through.

I went to Costco's food court & grabbed some food items including ice cream. The ice cream cup was half full with lots of air bubbles. When, I shared with their personnel and kindky asked if she can top it off, she told me in an unprofessional way, it goes by weight. Based on online info, It is supposed to be 10oz & this was not even half that weight!
I spoke with Mason the front manager & shared with him my concern that has become a frequent occurance. If Costco wants to drop the weight, rather than bumping it from $1 to $2 to a third price, let it be.
We buy a lot from costco including my travel & vacation destination. Mind you that Sams club ice cream is still at $1 and they don't have this issue of cutting it short.
The big question, where are we heading as we have accepted the wrong actions thinking it is few $$$. This has become the norm! Is this acceptable if we were buying gold or other expensive items?
I am hoping customer service will improve rather than freefall decline!
