My car was wrecked approximately 1/2 miles from there location. The policeman asked if I had a preference, since I was not from Ringgold, I did not. This guy came out, he sprinkled some cat litter out for the oil on the ground. When I went to settle up the next day they charged me $425.00. I feel this is way too much for the service that I received. This company is unethical and very questionable. Do not use them.

Stay away! This place had my daughter's car and would not answer the phone when insurance tried to call to get the car, all the while they were charging to keep the car. If you have a wreck and the cops ask you if you have a preference, just say anyone but this place! Terrible service!

If I could give zero stars I would. Most disgusting attitudes I’ve ever dealt with in a professional setting. They charge more than anyone is really able to afford all while making you sit there for an hour while they yell at people on the phone. Disgusting. He was rude to my father and my fiancé and to treat a women with such disrespect is bothersome. Do better. Yes this is a real review. The name used was Hannah.

Literally tried to charge me 250 for less than 2 miles from a non-consistent towing let alone it was towed in TN and take to a Georgia tow yard and the very next day wanted 385 because of distance and I confronted the driver on why he didn't take it to the other location offered and he had no response. Wouldn't spend a dollar on them again

Got in a wreck December 2,2024. Was a small minor accident and needed towing. Took 40 mins to an hour for them to show up. They proceeded to deny that we take it straight to our mechanic as only 1 guy was there and explained that there needed to be 2 people to unload the car. Since that day I've called every day waiting for a day to have my car moved. The price keeps going higher as I try to get my car even though it's not my fault it's still in the yard. Today they hung up and even yelled at me for simply asking for an update on when I'll get my car towed to the mechanic. I highly recommend finding a better company.

Absolutely great people to work with. Came out at midnight on interstate 75 and towed us in. JR is a great employee for them, took extra time to make sure everything was done right. Fast service very efficient and super careful of our motorhome. Highly recommend.

between the rude owner, and the brother that can barely hobble around his wrecker, I wouldn't recommend these guys tow a radio flyer wagon around their front yard. completely unprofessional, confrontational when asked questions, and overall just an a** to deal with. highly recommend you take your business elsewher.

These guys are so unprofessional it's crazy.. the don't answer and don't call back. You try to pick your car up. They give you the run around.. not to mention the inside of their office looks like a old meth lab and dirty as junk yard. They wouldn't send a invoice to the insurance company because they will only take cash.. they got some shady stuff going on.. I don't see them being in business much longer.Service: Car towing

I WOULDN'T advise using this towing company ever in life. My daughter wrecked a car and when we tried to get info on what it was going to cost to get it back the next day they gave us the complete run around. Told us they didn't have the car on multiple occasions. When they finally admitted to having it they told my son I could pay over the phone because we were having another tow company pick it up and take it to a place of our choice. When I called them to follow up with the info they needed they told me twice again they didn't have the car before admitting they had it. But they refused to take a credit card insisting it had to be paid in cash. What kind of reputable company only takes cash?

My car and Rv trailer was wrecked on hwy 75 in Georgia and Tennessee state line. State police said car could stay there for 8 hour and for me to change it. Yates said no and towed my car and trailer into their wrecking yard. They charged me $2500 to get them back and was told that if I got the trailer off there lot they would give me $500 back. They didn't give me my $500 back and didn't answer my call saying the guy wasnt there when he answered the phone, the 2 guys help fix tires just to get me off their lot I had to go get cash only to get the car and trailer back Police have some contact with Yates??
