Purchase tens of thousands of dollars of substandard product from this distributor over the years. Asked for a $200 credit on about 12 sheets of Sheetrock that where manhandled and damaged by the Delivery drivers, the owner called me up and told me “ill give you the $200 credit and we will Never do business again”……..I did him one better……I paid him for the damaged Sheetrock, settled my accounts and never purchased anything from him again……this was 8 years ago and since that time I have grown my contracting and roofing business into a $5,850,000.00 a year gross business while purchasing over $27,000,000.00 in building and roofing materials during that 8 year period.
ABC supply, W.D Cline, SRS, John’s Lumber, Home Depot, Lowes, Battlefield Building supply really appreciate my business and are so thankful to Mr Otto “Junior” Boehm for his business acumen of not issuing a $200.00 credit to us for damaged and substandard product. Best $200 I ever spent……

My wife had a stroke back in June and I needed to build an addition to our back porch, and a ramp for a wheelchair. I wish I could remember the mans name that helped me. He sat on the right as you walked up to the counter. I'm not a contractor, just your average diy guy. All I had were the dimensions of my project. This man took the time to help me with every single item I needed down to every nut and bolt and why one was better than the other one for my project. After paying for my materials, all I had to do was pull into the lumber yard and everything was loaded onto my truck for me. All quality lumber and great service. Customer for life!!! I just noticed Yelp had me listed in San Francisco. I corrected it to my home town which is Chattanooga. Tn.

I called them 2 days ago on some lumber he told me he didn’t have any there in ringgold that I would have to go to Rossville and get it I go to Rossville today and no one there I called him back in ringgold he said there should be I said no there not he said they must have left early he asked me what I needed I told him he said he has some there so I told him I’ll be there in a few minutes he said they close at 5 I said I’ll be there I get there he said he didn’t have any the ones he said he had was allocated to someone else y’all are sorry people and I’ll let everyone I no and anyone I don’t no how sorry u are

It's 2023 and we can't even get a call saying our material is delayed. If I send Juniors a bill for the lost time they've cost my company do you think they'll compensate my guys? Why heck no they won't we spent half a day waiting on material that was supposed to be delivered Thurs ( 6/8/23) and here it is almost a week later and we can't get an answer on when or if our material will be showing up.

Horrible customer service, I’m trying to branch out and use different vendors. Tried using these guy and they fail miserably. One and only job I’ve used them for and it’s been 4 weeks of hell. Wrong parts, wrong number of materials on quote, told parts would be in parts never come in ( still waiting) and when you challenge them they just scoff and look at you d*** like your they one behind the counter. They need to turn this place into a McDonald’s then their skill level will be on point.

My contractor advised me to contact David R regarding a small problem with a large order. I called the store who gave me his mobile number. I called twice. He didn't answer or return either message. I made one trip to the store where a young gentleman told me he ordered the missing item because I offered to pay for it. When I stopped by weeks later to check on the status, he said that David would have to approve even though I was willing to pay. That made no sense to me. All roads lead to David, and they are dead ends. You may wonder why I didn't just go elsewhere. I wanted everything to match. Sigh.
