“I walked in (totally) unprepared, started a phone call with, the company I was returning, and while on hold, I started greeting customers to kill the time….
This, is when I made my 2 New Best Friends, Jennifer (Louis), and Raven (Thelma), I ended up being there for over an hour (waiting on my return label),
We started joking around, they played along, so very well, had me laughing, other customers were cool about it…
