Too bad there isn't a no star selection. I walked in today and told the man behind the counter what I wanted to purchase. He already had an attitude and let it show. I wanted to buy 2 cartons of cigarettes. One was suppose to be Pall Mall menthol shorts. The other was Camel Crush menthol shorts. He rang me up with a sarcastic attitude. So I just kept my mouth shut because the guy looked like he was physically and mentally handicapped.
Once I got home, I gave my ole lady her carton and she immediately told me that they was wrong. So I called the store. A woman answered the phone and I explained what had happened. She said they can't take them back once they're sold. So now I own a $65 carton of cigarettes that nobody will smoke.
So if you go into this map on and encounter an older gentleman that looks like he got into a fight with 2 pit bulls and a cheese grater, just remember this review. You'll know to wait for the other person to ring you up.

Just had the worst experience on service at 6675 Alabama hwy mapco. You expect the younger generation to be uncaring and thoughtless to your needs these days but when they act like they don’t want to wait on you at all and when I told him several times (3) to go left for my purchase and he went right each time. The rolling of the eyes and when approached nicely if he had an attitude about waiting on me he replied no he didn’t but he had one now. We visit this mapco 3 to 4 times a week not anymore. They lost a customer today. Hope he understands the customers make his check not the company.

I came in after a long day of working and Avionne really brightened my mood. Some of the best customer service skills I have experienced. I would come here again. She rocks!!

Negative stars isn't an option! Everyday my wife and I go to this store. Everytime, no matter if it's morning, afternoon or 9 at night. We have to go into the cooler to get her beer. Mind you at times there are up to 3 employees not doing anything (talking or on their phone) It seems like someone would do something about it. We go here because it's cheaper, but I feel like I should be getting paid for doing other people's jobs.

I walked into the store to pay for my gas. The guy behind the counter short hair heavy set was looking at his phone for 10 seconds while I was standing there waiting I counted it off of my head. Is this the kind of people you guys are hiring now? Cheap gas is nice, but bad service is wrong!!!!(The guy in the picture here if you can see him at the guy I'm referring to.)

I want to say I go about 11 miles out of my way just to come to this store. Every since constance started working at this location I started coming back to this location. Store is always clean gas pumps are always clean and stocked. constance is always friendly and nice no matter what kinda day she is having. I never see her sitting around like 2nd shift on milk crates as I seen today on 02/13/2023 constance is a above and beyond person I will keep coming back to this location as long as she is working here and mapco take care of your great employees thank you.

Customer service is below expectations. When you are due a refund you should be given the money back not required to call a 800 number to have a check mailed to you. What is that!?

Happy to leave a review when it’s a GREAT one! I stop here occasionally on my way through. So the other day I rush in, grab my favorite chips, I’m in a hurry, get up front to pay and I didn’t bring my card inside ??♀️HOWEVER, This awesome smile comes across the cashiers face, tells me she’ll still be right there when I come back inside. she was sooo patient and kind. Made me laugh even though I felt silly and made me feel like she is there for WHATEVER I needed. Not like I’m bothering her. Great customer service. So natural! and I can tell she’s in there hustlin too. Caught her name tag as she passed the receipt, MJ. You are appreciated ma’am. I’ll be back.
