This is our second purchase at Mtn View in three years and we can not be happier with their attention to detail and how accommodating they are explaining every issue to make sure we are satisfied and knowledgeable about our new RAM. I cannot speak highly enough of our salesman, Edward Parker, and everyone else we spoke to and dealth with at the dealership.

These guys are crooks and not dependable. Slept through all ethics in school or ignore it. Over the years, the service department has been horrible and can't give accurate turnaround times. They've kept my Jeep for a week before. Their sales team is about themselves and nothing else. I made a mistake buying my last vehicle there and was taken advantage of (and too embarrassed to call them on it). I went back recently and this team was arrogant and wasted my time even after specifically saying what it would take to redeem them. I clearly said I don't want to talk unless we're in the same ballpark. All a ploy to quote a price $5k above their sticker and internet price. I left disappointed thinking they might have changed over the years. They are crooks and will try everything they can to scheme you. People can change. This dealership has not. Great cars but bad people and business.

OK I gave them a great review in January 2019. I used them for a while for oil changes but it was taking up to 2 hours to get it done, even with an appt., so I stopped going. In 2021 or 22 I did take it in for warranty work to fix a sensor fixed on my 2016 Ram. I had left my truck all week for them to work on it because I was going to be out of town. I got back on Friday and decided to call them to see if it was ready, which I figured it was since it as 5 PM already. I called just about to pull in their parking lot. As I pulling into the parking lot, on the phone, I asked the service guy when it would be done. He asked me to hold on a minute. When he got back to me, he said they are still working on it, it is hooked up to the computer but should be done by the time I get there. As he told me this I was looking at my truck sitting in the parking lot. I was PO and I let him know in no uncertain terms he was lying. After going back and forth with the manager where he tried to tell me I must have misunderstood, they finally just apologized and did not charge me. Which was good because nothing had been done that I could tell. That was then..this is now.... .I wanted to have the truck go to a dealer this time for an oil change, which I like to do when I can so I decided to make an appt with them. I first got on the website to see if I could schedule it mysefl. On their website they advertied they did "Express Oil Changes" now. I called for the appt and mentioned the 30 minute fast oil change and asked if I needed to pull into a certain lane, i.e. the "express lane" as shown on their site (see photo but I thought it said 30 minutes yesterday but did not see it on their today). She did not know what I was talking about. That should have given me a clue. So I show up this morning and the service rep promptly came out to assist me. I asked him do I park here for the express oil change and also wanted him to know that I was glad they had this service, which allows me to get in and out quickly. He also did not know what I was talking bout and told me they were very busy and it would at least take an hour and a half to do the oil change. I expressed my frustration that the dealership advertised "express oil change" service on their website. I had assumed that meant "fast" or maybe something less than an hour. He was very polite and said he could maybe get it done in an hour, at which point I said no thank you. He offered to reschedule me for another day but it would still take at least an hour, which I also declined. Why am I writing this long review? Because I am frustrated. Don't advertise something you are not offering and had your staff been familar with the company website, they probably would have let management know they can't or don't offer the service. I am now going to try to start using the dealer in Chattanooga again, if I can determine it is not the same owners. For now, I just got the oil changed at the East Ridge fast lube, I think it is what it is called.

Had my vehicle towed here for a transmission and cooler replacement. After two weeks I finally received the quote. Parts were marked up at 91% while my local dealership charges just over 50%. Ended up paying $600 to tow my vehicle back to Michigan and saved roughly $2,000 in parts cost. Shop around before having major repairs done at Mtn. View CDJR.

We had an issue with our current vehicle, we stopped in and immediately was stopped by Johnathan A. We explained our issues and what our price point was. Taking everything into consideration we were shown a few options and decided on The One! If your looking for a vehicle, new or used, have some financial difficulties/credit dings, don't want to spend all day sitting at the car lot, go check this place out! You won't be disappointed! Thanks Johnathan A.

disrespected every single time i've had to deal with them, buying my first vehicle tried telling me it "wasnt a negotiation bud" then turned around and walked to someone else and got them to work with me. after that i had problems with truck come up and before i even made my first payment a wire was severed somewhere and was made to pay for it (vehicle has a 100k mile warranty) tried to go back in and fix my brakes because i've never heard a vehicle with good breaks squeak so much and the suspension is squeaking slightly and they told me they couldn't find the problem and held my truck for 4 days without doing anything to it. i finally called and got stern with them and 15 mins later they sent a text telling me its ready to pickup. long story short just save the hassle and go somewhere else

I bought a truck, had a couple issues, but was well taken care of by LeBron, the GM. They helped me out when they didn't have to.

I had my Dodge Ram serviced on Thursday May 28. This is the second service they have done in my truck. The first one they claimed they couldn't find my locking lug nut to rotate the tires. 3 (three) different people supposedly looked for it and could find it. It was located exactly where I told them it was. So this time, I put the lug nut in the hands of the person taking care of me. After the service was complete I had to ask for my tool back. Then my husband comes home and is looking at the tires asks notices that every locking lug nut is loose! Are you kidding me!? What if that had flown off and hit a person or another car going down the interstate?? And ALL 4 were loose, not just one tire! Morons!

I have bought my last 4 vehicles from Mtn View Chrysler Dodge and every experience has been nothing short of fantastic. No high pressure sales men, no sneaky attempts at sliding in add on costs; just a straight forward painless sales experience that is refreshing. I have been to some dealers that are worse than a timeshare sales pitch. Not the case with LeBron Clark and his staff. Only top notch pros who treat you like family. If you're looking for a new vehicle, I suggest you at least swing by and check them out! Here are a few pics of my truck I bought just last week.

Curtis was AWESOME! He didn't try to force anything on me & really had my best interest at heart! I highly recommend this dealership....even if you don't walk away with a vehicle, you've definitely got life-long friends! This service is a rarity!
