Kayla is great! The rest I’m not sure they seem to not be crazy about their jobs and not have it together. They’re out of meds a lot. They don’t call you back or you don’t know when RX is ready. Not great customer service.

I'm only giving 3 ⭐ due to the fact those I've spoken to have been nice. My Dr called in 2 scripts for antibiotics on Thursday afternoon. When I called to verify that it was ready they stated they had to call my Dr back due to an issue with the dosing. When I didn't hear back from them I called my Dr an hour and half later. He called them back immediately & they told him I was sitting in the drive thru. I wasnt....I hadn't even been there but called!! Then he had to call another antibiotic in due to 1 of the others I'm allergic to. He called it in on Saturday & they never text me to let me know after both my husband & myself give them my # to let me know when it was ready. I couldn't take either one separately so I had to have them together. Now, today is Sunday & I had to call them again to be told it was ready yesterday. Great job at letting the customer know when meds are ready. Normally, I wouldn't be upset but I needed these antibiotics asap. Then we have also encountered issues with my grandsons adhd medications. Either they don't have what's needed, we have to wait days and have waited up to a week. As anyone with adhd children know. They need those meds asap too as if they miss doses that can hurt them! There have been times also, they don't text us to let us know it's ready. ?♀️I'm not sure if the Pharmacy is a separate entity from Publix but if not. Publix....on behalf of everyone that needs their meds asap! Please....do better!!

I love this store, but the Deli needs some attention. There are always several employees that choose to ignore the people waiting in line to order deli meat/cheese. When there are several employees behind the deli counter you shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes to be acknowledged.

I think Boynton Ridge is an incredible pharmacy. I have been going there for several months and am so happy that Publix became my preferred pharmacy on my insurance plan. Everyone has been extremely helpful. The pharmacists have always taken the time to answer my questions whether in person or on phone. One pharmacist came out to help me find something in an Aisle. I highly recommend them.

They dont fill prescriptions in a timely matter.i have called a day ahead and when called to check say they need to.order or call the doctor to verify. Sometimes they tell you the prescription is ready and when you go to pick it up it's not available without giving you advance notice.Very disappointed. Today they helped me with a prescription and service was alot better.

Clean, Clean,Clean, Very Friendly, Customer Service outstanding, Very Organized, Very Spacious,Roomy Excellent varieties of groceries an I might add I'm 47 year's old when I was 15 my very first job was Publix in Sarasota, FL I still felt the same outstanding vibe in the store

The pharmacy employee today (as several times previously Especially Kayla!!!!!) was wonderful! So pleasant and friendly and was able to get my prescription filled immediately. Thankful for kind, friendly faces, and people that are not only willing, but eager to help! Thank you!!!
