Voided my warranty. Then worked on my van made me pay for the work on something I hadn't even had a month and everything they fixed is acting up had to unplug all features on my van so I van lock it without everything opening on its own

I bought a SUV AS IS. Robert told me to let him know if anything went wrong in the first 30 days. The transmission began leaking, and I told him. He instructed me to bring the vehicle back to him. Robert loaned me a vehicle to drive while he was getting repairs done. After several attempts to fix it he told me that I could get a different vehicle. I was allowed to test drive a few vehicles and when I chose one I was allowed to drive it home before making my final decision. Robert treated me with the utmost respect and took care of everything. Legally he didn't have to do anything as I had signed to accept the first vehicle AS IS. I will highly recommend Robert to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. When I turn this one over to my granddaughter to drive to college next year I will be returning here for my next vehicle.

Just got a van from here this place is a joke sold me and my family a lemon had the van 2 months and they have worked on it 3 times and it is broken done again I'm done hecan come get this van awful people not a man of his word

Terrible at communication. Hopefully as they grow they will become more customer service oriented and a little more courteous to folks who reach out to them for business.
