They never look at my address and always lose my packages by delivering to my neighbors (different ones)

Don’t bother calling the number, just an endless cycle of automated messages that you have to scream at to get it to recognize what you’re saying and half the time it cuts you off before you can get a word out. There is no option to be transferred to a human either.

Had a book delivered in the rain. Did they put it in my mailbox? Did they try to put it where it wouldn't get wet? No, they did not. Did I call them and they did nothing? Yes. The book was sopping wet by the time I got home.
