I love Zaxby's! Their food is always good, always good customer service, usually not a long wait in line, and their prices are reasonable. Definitely will be going back and I definitely recommend Zaxby's to everyone!

Made order through the app, quite easy. Love the egg rolls are back but would like to see a regular sweet and sour sauce instead of sweet and spicy. Upset no more black n Bleu zalad. Order was ready when we got to the window. Still pricey but now what isn't!

Food was cold and they got my order wrong. Asked for extra sauce for my 2 chicken finger plates and instead I only got 1 for both. Called to complain and the manager refused to make it right.

This restaurant has the perfect face for radio! Lol so what does that mean? It means on the outside the place looks clean and inviting and usually even the drive-thru is an okay experience, but it certainly changed when I walked in the door. No truly clean tables (booths) for a family of four, you ended up having to choose the cleanest of the dirty. Well under the table and around the table on floor we're bits and pieces of chicken and squished up french fries instead of being swept. The food itself took over 15 minutes and as I went to inquire half of my food was on a separate tray with somebody else's name on it that was trying to be giving away. But today the showstopper for me was the male cook in the back had a stack of toast that he was about to put on the grill and had this large stack of bread balancing in his hand, and leaning against his chest in his nasty work shirt as he took the bread one by one and put it on the grill. I'm pretty sure that's not up to standards! Clean it up guys, this was once an amazing and proud place to stop and eat! Please bring it back!

Fairly chaotic even though my fiancé and I went at rush hour lol. The girl working was really polite and I admired her hard work during that five o'clock rush (she needs a raise for sure, I wish I knew her name). The fries where fresh and everything was wonderful.

The prices are reasonable and the portion size is good. The staff was friendly and the place was spacious.

The wait in the drive-through line was close to 10 minutes with only one car ahead of me. The young girl that was working the window wasn't overtly rude but she was definitely not personable or friendly and didn't even bother to say thank you. The food was barely lukewarm and the wings were dry with very little sauce and hard like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for way too long.

Went there and was waiting at the drive-thru, the lady told me to wait. So I waited 10 minutes so I decided to drive around to the window because I wasn't getting any response, and I tapped on the drive-thru window just for the lady to tell me they were closed. So I waited there for 15 minutes total for her to tell me they were closed.

This is the worst zaxbys I have ever been too. Not only did it take 30 min to get my order taken but they sent out burnt toast on one side and not toasted on the other side and the fries were old and cold. If I weren't traveling I would have gotten my money back but. We even drove 5 min away from the interstate for this brand, but they just diminished its reputation during this visit. lesson learned I will never be back here even when we are back in the areaParking: Paved lot free to useWheelchair accessibility: Handicapped spots with ramp for sidewalk

I’ve given benefit of the doubt to this location twice now. I specifically asked the drive thru attendant to double and triple check my order because the past two times at this location something was left out of my order. I live 25 minutes from this location. Once I got home, my wife informed me they yet again left out my daughter’s order. This location is ridiculous. I called the store and was rudely spoken too. Also, the store manager at the time is completely clueless on what’s going on. I guess I will have to yet again call corporate to get this issue resolved.

Really zaxbys? look at that little piece of chicken. The other tenders are small but do you really count that as a third tender for a big Zax snack? That’s pretty skimpy. Please do better for other patrons.
