This place is bad. I know because I used to work here. Incompetent, uniformed and the employee theft is alarming. They never have enough people, work the good employees to the bone without proper pay. It’s a hub store and they never have parts. Fights in the back. Employees smoking weed in the bathroom. And don’t get me started on how customers are treated and the things they say about people when they walk out. And they got scammed in a lawsuit by a former employee who wasn’t hurt! Gullible!!!

Bad experience 4:18pm today. Walked in young guy up front didn't respond to my hello, and walked away. He had a receipt in his hand, so he was working. Other guy was on a personal call and moved away as I was holding up my heavy battery. He didn't acknowledge me, so I soon walked out and went to get it charged at O'reilly. Advance is great though, I just hope these new associates don't last. The old crew I saw all the time was awesome.

Albert the associate, is so rude and disrespectful, i asked him to test my battery and he told me , the battery tester didnt work, i told him it do work because the other associate was testing a battery for another customer, so he said he dont have time for me, telling him what work and dont work, we went back and forth for a few, mean while Rochelle the manager was right beside ĥim at another register, the manager never said anything about why he was saying the tester didnt work or the why he was talking to me the way he was, so i asked the manager can he test the battery and he told me to take it to the end of the counter to the big tester, come to find out he didnt know how to use it and the manager showed him how. Albert needs extensive training or a new caree. He dont know how to talk to customers or how to do his job efficiently. This is not the first problem i had with him on a different occasion. On top of all that, he gave me the wrong part for my order, and i had to return to the store to exchange psrt.

My car would not start after work today. Got a boost from my supervisor and came to Advance Auto Parts. I asked if I could get my battery tested Jon said SURE PULL TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE. before I could pull around he was standing on the sidewalk with the tester in hand. Sad to say I needed a new battery but my buying experience with Jon Coley was like nothing else. I asked him a good 20 questions and he answered them all with the biggest smile I've ever seen. We need more people like Good Ol Mr. Jon Coley

Worst place. 2 hour wait times for anything. Females workers have ugly attitudes and angry at their own work place. Need new workers and management. Heard two female workers having not so pleasant conversations. No one asks if you need help. Everyone is either on their cell phone or in and out of conversations with each other. The tattooed latin female worker there needs more training or a new job. No one forces any of them to work where they work. Another female worker was rude to a African group that came to pick up a part as well. Rudest staff I've been in contact with.The exception was a few of the well mannered male staff. The entire experience was off putting. Rather O'Riley's across the street.

Greeted upon entering. Very professional. Listen and shared automotive knowledge. I got a wrong part, and they gave me a refund and an apology with no issues. Would recommend that you go buy your auto parts and supplies from them
