Ova priced on hair but ? .... Not many options either, 11/2023 update to your comment mam/ sir if I wanted human hair for $10 I would go up the street from you called beauty exchange and could get it for $10 dollars!!! I don't even buy human hair, I'm a Milky Way free tress buyer and your Over priced and don't have many choices I didn't say it wasn't a Nice store I buy other items it's closer to me and convenient ? just not my go too hair store!! But nice customer service when I do come in!!!! ?

Do NOT order online from this store. I can't speak for their service on-site, but I had a horrible experience. I ordered a product online and received no order number or confirmation email. I called and was given the run around for 2 weeks. They do not manage their own website, and the guy who does obviously doesn't know what he's doing or doesn't care. After calling for the 3rd time, I was told they didn't even have my product in stock, so I was waiting for something I was never going to receive. I was then told someone would call me back about a refund and still no call ?. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. If you are going to have someone run your business website, it should be accurate with the inventory you have available, right? The workers on the phone seemed nice, but it doesn't overshadow how unprofessional my experience was. Hopefully their in-store service is better.

I'm guessing you guys machine was down, I told her I would wait she proceeded to kick me out the store & told me she didn't want me to steal anything wow the young girl with the braids even came outside to try to fight me because me & another customer was talking about how rude she was please this girl is reckless & disrespectful
